Liqui Moly Radiator Cleaner (300ml)

Good product and effective

It is worth buying, I bought this and received a good bottle. I mixed it with my existing coolant by eleasing some amount to keep the level max. I kept it for two days and when releasing the coolant it contains dusts and rusts. But I got a problem like something got blocked in my radiator. So I am not sure this liquid will make the dust particles to be as smaller as the holes in the radiator.

Pakaging all over not good

I used this in my Alto 800, where the coolant hadn't been changed for many years, likely causing deposits to form inside the radiator. I performed one flush using Liqui Moly Radiator Cleaner, followed by two rounds of flushing with distilled water. The results were excellent—the radiator came out clean and looked almost like new. It worked perfectly.

It works nicely. The main points to remember : when engine hot, NEVER add cold water/coolant to reservoir or radiator. intense peak in temp change can cause cracks in engine casing or radiator. here is the procedure for perfect radiator flush : 1. when engine is cold, flush the entire coolant. Add water. 2. use car for few kilometers until engine gets hot and water pump of radiator is activated. keep the reservoir cap loose to remove air pockets and keep adding water as required. 3. drain the water. 4. If the water color changes to red or has different color than coolant, repeat the same procedure "1,2,3,4,"several time until you get clean water on radiator flush. 5. (This flush is for 7ltr and most car has max 3-4 ltr of coolant ) Next add half bottle of radiator flush with water mixture to coolant reservoir. Use car for several days in city trafic (no long runs during this period) 6. flush the radiator and check color. It should be reddish containing burr and rust. 7. repeat 1,2,3,4. 8. Add second half of radiator flush and repeat step 4. 9. Once you ensure water doesn't change color after several radiator flushes. Congrats!! your coolant system is restored to showroom condition. 10. prefer good coolant concentrate with distilled water than ready-made coolant, and you are done.

It's Liqui Moly and what do one expect more in a review. If you are flushing your cooling system after a long time, let it clean for a couple of rides which can be like 20 kms or so. Let the whole mixture of your coolant and this radiator cleaner flush out all the residues and dirt from your cooling system. It won't harm anything. As its an detergent based it doesnt foam or lather but just takes out the dirt alongwith the last drop of the coolant. Just make sure your car is parked in a proper levelled surface. Do NOT start the engine when flushing.
