Design need improvement
The dial of this watch or device is noticeably heavy, which, while not necessarily a major issue, might not be comfortable for everyone. However, the real problem lies in the internal design. The dials do not move properly inside, likely due to the way the day format is designed. This hampers functionality and prevents smooth operation, which is a significant downside. The heavy dial could be tolerable if the internal mechanism were more efficiently designed to allow seamless movement of the dials. For this reason I have to return the product .Watch quality was too good.

Day change function stopped working within 2 months
The media could not be loaded. Day change function stopped working within 2 months on my new Timex watch. The watch is still under warranty and I called Timex to get it repaired.Timex was very rude and told me there are only two shops in entire Maharashtra where I can get it repaired: 1 in Pune. 1 in Mumbai.When I said I cannot travel to Pune or Mumbai to get a 2 thousand rupees watch repaired, the representative bluntly said : "Then send it by courier"When I asked will the courier charges be covered? He laughed and said No.And said : "Refund nahi hota. Ye aapki call hai aapko Mumbai jana hai ya courier karna hai. Warranty me jo hota hai wo maine pahle hi bata diya hai"Really bad product and Worst service! Never buying anything from Timex again.
