Can this be used on the legs for spider veins or only for foot and ankle ?

I have not used it on a daily basic on my spider veins; going to try it-I use it mostly for bruising - disappears quickly. I was in hospital for covid and my arms looked bad -gone in 3 days. I swear by all their products. I recently got hit on the shin by a car door swing back -ugly -gone in 3 days. Good luck

is this going to help me with my dark circles?

Not sure what your dark circles are, but my bruisemarks take a couple of weeks before you only see a shadow, about three weeks to a month to disappear. It does work!

Does this work on thin skin...not just purple "normal" bruising but big red blood blotches especially on my foreams. They take up to a month to fade.

It has worked for me on smaller bruise blotches- usually in about a week when applied once or twice a day. DermaBlend Body Cover gives good coverage to the bruises as they heal.

What strength is the arnica

I purchased Procure Bruise Remedy several months ago from Amazon so my tube is newer than that of the original poster. My tube lists arnica 3rd. The first 2 ingredients are water and MSM.. It also has calendula, bilberry, green tea and aloe. It is paraben free. It helps minimize bruise appearance and pain. I recommend it.
