Quite Unexpected Flavor!
Let me say this first off, the taste of this vinegar is pretty good but it gives off a very foul smell from the onset. So, if you're not acquainted with this kind of aroma and flavor, then you would feel it's a total waste of money and material. But if you're looking for new flavors then this vinegar can be a good choice. I was experimenting on my own and figured something good, if you're cooking chicken or meat, especially, then use a dash of lemon juice with this vinegar in a ratio of 1 : 2 , be it gravy or a sear, it works pretty well.

Companion for French fries.
Enhances the taste of French fries. Great companion. Drizzle a bit on top and enjoy. Has a lovely pungent taste.
