I was skeptical about the ease of installation. Only because MY skills are quite remedial. But… this product was truly and easy install! All pieces were received in the box as advertised. All pieces fit together just as they should and the straightforward instructions really were clear and easy to follow. Even if you are a complete beginner, fixer upper wanna be- THIS is do-able!!! Hooray!!👍👍And… It really works as advertised. Total win ESPECIALLY considering how much less it is compared to competitors. It’s also a heavy metal fixture. No flimsy aluminum fixture here, it’s heavy and solid. You need zero pieces from your old fixture. It comes with everything.

Bought this for my grandpa who recently woke up one morning to the horrific realization that he had lost his sense of sight while he slept the night before! My pawpaw is a independent, kind-hearted, 97 year old pastor of a medium sized country church in rural Beaufort, SC. He currently lives alone, but he had 24 biological children, 5 of which live within shouting distance from his front porch on a quiet day/night (so he lives in his own home with five of his adult children most of which are grandparents themselves! Can you just imagine when we attempt to have Thanksgiving dinner with everyone in attendance. The last time we attempted to accommodate "everyone" for a meal like that to include his 61 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-great-grandchildren we had to rent the entire Hilton of Beaufort, and nearly 75‰ of the Marriott Hilton Head Oceanfront Golf Resort to house everyone and have a venue large enough to seat everyone to eat. We had 13 20+pound turkeys, 7 hens, 8 ducks, 10 15+ pound picnic hams, 3 entire pit roasted deer, 36 sweet potato pies and enough sides, stuffing and fixins' to feed all the Marine recruits on Parris Island recruiting Depot and we still didn't have enough!!!) All that aside the product works great and was fairly easy to install. It has the added safety feature of us being able to control how much hot water he has access to, to help reduce the chances of skin scolding. I definitely recommend this product for a loved one or even yourself, or if you're a trustee at a church you suggest installing it in your lavatories.

Updated review: The replacement unit that they sent me has done the exact same thing. How often do you need replace the faucet? These damn things need replaced every six to nine months, if that long. Advice to any buyers considering these things... Go with an American-made product. It will be worth a few extra dollars instead of having to climb underneath the sink to replace these units.After using it for almost 9 months, the water flow reduced to very little. I checked all the valves and make sure everything was open properly. I disconnect the fittings to make sure there were not anything blocking but I couldn't find anything that would be causing it. I contacted customer service and they were quick to reply and send me out a new unit.One comment about the installation. If you decide to mount the battery unit on the wall, be careful because you may have pipes behind the sink underneath.
