I bought this around 3 months back. Setting up and using the app was very easy. Everything found working for sometime. Then a few issues started appearing- I am not keeping the camera on all the time. I am switching it off in the morning and turning on in the evening since i wanted surveillance only in the night. But SD card recording maynot happen on some nights. I have to format the SD card again for the camera to resume sd card recording.- There is no camera shutdown option in the app. SO I have to turn off the powersupply to switch off the camera. This may be the reason for the sd card issue- I kept the camera ON during Christmas vacation and out of town for a few days. Recording stopped after 4days. Also night vision was not working afterwards- i have done a factory reset and now SD card recording and night vision working!! I dont know for how long

I am writing review after 3 months.I am using this outdoor camera since 3 months and now I am facing issue with this CAM. in last 3 months this CAM was working properly without any issue but now suddenly it got stuck as it is not sending Alerts and not able to connect CAM from any of mobile device.As per normal process I tried to reset CAM and re-configure it but it is not allowing to set password and showing "Wrong password" on mobile device.I have spend more than 2 hours to configure it on wireless, LAN or with QR code scanning but no luck. Also did not find any other option to reset apart from reset button (dont know whether reset button working or not). The last option left with me to contact Customer Support and I believe they are available on phone/mail only as did not find any service centre details/ on site support details.

I have been using this camera from almost 6 months, I am writing this review after good number of days usage and no bias review..Initially I faced issue in setting up the camera but after steps correctly followed I could able to sync mine(Android) and my wife (iphone) to camera..Installation on any place is easy and required materials comes with camera.I used additional 32GB card to save images and videos captured. I have synced this camera to my home wifi and have been monitoring so far it is working well...im my personal opionion this is the average cost and best wifi camera available..Please let me know if you come across better camera than this..I will try it..m

This is an excellent product with atmost clarity.The recording and alarm notifications are too good. It stands out to be a best outdoor security camera. It has also additional feature to store the recording on FTP server other than SD Card and local monitoring systems. So far I am very much satisfied with the product. I also appreciate the immediate assistance from the product support group especially Meghna for helping with guidelines on installation and ensuring it is working good
