Brilliant
There is no doubt...these are perfect scissors for kids. Cuts paper well, not at all angles though (which is forgivable, given the safety features). Does not cut cloth or hair(which again I think is awesome). A little pricey, but overall it's worth it.

Expensive but good
This was an expensive buy for my child. These scissors are made completely out of plastic. They’re sharp enough to cut couple of sheets of papers but not much else. That is good as it is safer for the child. It seems to improve my 3yr old’s motor skill. My child currently loves it. But please do not leave a child unsupervised with it.Edit: After using for one week I am reducing rating to 3*. Now it is much more difficult to cut papers with them. They’ve lost all sharpness.

Safe and fun
My 3 and a half year old loves to cut with scissors. I give it to her to play and she happily cuts paper with it on her own wothout me having to worry about her safety. These are more safe than the blunt metal ones available in the market for children... They do not cut hair or clothes... so you can give to kids and sit free!
