I am a nurse and student, this durable and high quality, light weight stethoscope is perfect! I have numerous stethoscopes and this one is my go to. I am out in the community and able to use the diaphragm perfectly while taking manual blood pressures. Never had an issue with sound quality.

Can't stress that enough...-light weight and doesn't weigh you down during use and around your neck (some users report tension headaches and migraines from weight of others)- clear sound but comparable to cheaper ones I've owned-can tell it's a softer and more durable quality itemDislikes:- more expensive (can be as much as 75.00 for this specific brand/color/model)- doesn't come with anything in else in the box (meaning spare parts, case, etc.)- sound can be considered "slightly muffled" when I compare it to my cheaper 20.00 set- one sided chest piece (cheaper sets can come with 2)

I feel Littman makes the best stethoscopes! This is basic, I ordered it for my work in a clinic to check blood pressure. Very Durable, I bought this in 2020 and still use it to this day in 2025! Lots of color selections. Sound quality is good, great value for the money.
