Works well
Nice quality, the spring is pretty stiff but broke in with use.

Not Good for Horses
This is probably the wrong use for this gun, but I used it on my horse for EPM medication following the suggestion of Someone else in a review. Bad idea. First off, it leaks out the tip of the nozzle. Secondly, you cannot completely empty the chamber into a large horse’s mouth. I could empty it into the bottle of meds, however. Thirdly, I expected it all to go down my horse’s throat, but even more dribbled out than with the syringe I had been using. To sum it up, I’m guessing that this is a much better tool on cattle and sheep than on a horse. Go with the manufacturer’s use: cattle and sheep, NOT horses where you’re using very expensive meds for debilitating diseases.
