Great item

Great printer
Although I still can’t get it to go wireless, I have it hooked up to my router direct, and works every time. Fast printing and good quality. Not sure about Epson’s customer support, they went a lot of help mainly because the search sends you thru to a link for you to follow. Once I was able to reach someone, that person was not able to help me at all and finally told me I needed to just get a new router or try another cable. I was able to figure it out on my own, and now it works. Still wish it was Bluetooth connected, because that is why I purchased the printer.

I need help!
It does not have Bluetooth like other models do. WiFi, there are no clear options for Wifi in the web interface. In fact, I seem to have no WiFi options at all! It was purchased as it was supposed to be compatible with a PayPal Zettle card reader. The card reader can't see it. It only seems to work on LAN. I'm very confused and disappointed. None of the videos I watch seem to apply or work with this particular product. I don't know why or what I could be doing wrong? I'm convinced I need to buy one that clearly has the Bluetooth icon on it. This one does not but there is an LED for it. I need help!
