LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Drink - Variety Pack | 12-Count

I really love LMNT, switched from liquid IV to these after they hooked me up with a free care package for being a fire fighter. Since then I have never gone back! The flavor is unique and addictive, now I start every day with either a carbonated can or a mix in powder before my workouts. I can not stress proper hydration enough, when it comes to every aspect of your life TBH. P.s. Pro tip from a 41 year old = drink one before and one after a long night of drinking alcohol for a Much better following day

These are amazing for high activity days. LMNT has been my favorite electrolyte drink. They taste great and have minimal ingredients.

We've tried a lot of different electrolyte drinks in the past. They all left us still feeling dehydrated. While the taste is very salty at first, you also begin to crave another drink. The taste is very refreshing, and when it's over 100° and your body is just calling out for water, you can quench your thirst as well as truly rehydrating your body. This mixes extremely well in water without the grit that others left behind.

These LMNT sparkling electrolyte drinks are such a great find! They’re salty, a little sweet, and perfectly fizzy — a unique flavor combo that totally works once you get used to it. They give you that refreshing, fun “drink over ice” vibe. Plus, you get the added bonus of electrolytes, so they’re actually doing something good for your body too. Great option after a workout or on a hot day as well. I love keeping them on hand for social events or parties when I don’t feel like drinking alcohol. I definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a healthier, more hydrating alternative to cocktails or sodas. 4 stars only because LMNT's motto is "Stay Salty" and these were a little too sweet for my husband. We were expecting more of a flavored salty drink without sweetness, but the rest of the family liked them!

I Love these LMNT drinks and will continue to order them regularly....... That being said Amazon Packaging isn't the most protective. The thin metal cans don't always survive the trip to my front door... And they sometimes leak all over your other products if you have multiple items in your shopping cart at the time of purchase. So make sure you only order as a single item in your shopping cart. I ordered an expensive pair of army shoes and some triathlon cycling shorts together in this shopping cart purchase and 1 can lost its fluids all over the shoes and shorts. Luckily the triathlon shorts were in a plastic bag, but the shoes got wet and I mistakenly ordered the wrong size; so probably will not be able to return.

Be advised, these are salty. May be an acquired taste for some. HOWEVER. I love these. I always WANT to eat/drink better but usually can’t commit to health focused drinks like this. I hate the taste of fake stuff and artificial sweeteners and whatnot. But these I love and have been consistently drinking. They make me feel GOOD afterwards too, like I just took an IV bag.

I was already familiar with how salty lmnt is but the sparkling doesn’t improve it by much. I do appreciate the electrolyte content and lack of sugar but these need to be super cold and maybe even slightly diluted to tolerate them. I do think these and their packets are really overpriced for what they are offering. The sparkling seems like a slightly better value given the convenience and the sparkling aspect vs still. Citrus is the best, black cherry has a strong flavor to help counteract the salt. Grapefruit is ok and watermelon was my least favorite. You don’t consume these for the flavor though. I do struggle from migraines which seem to be caused from electrolyte imbalances, and consuming one of these basically makes the migraine disappear.
