I’ve been taking these for a while and they seem very good.

I’ve been taking these vitamins since the early 90s. Yes, that long ! It’s not so much that I feel better when I take them, but I notice that I actually feel worse when I forget. I get tired more easily, feel worn out before dinner time even hits, then I realize I haven’t taken my vitamins for a couple of days. I’ll also share that this brand is the only one that doesn’t make me nauseous, which is why I’m a long time user. I just have to remember to take them everyday ! 🙃
