Great
Great quality product. Very sturdy. Installation wasnt the easiest, but i did it in the dark. The only issue I have, is it wasn't black cloth. It's actually like a pleather that looks like black cloth. Other than that, I'm still happy with my purchase and it serves its purpose!

don't buy it, waste your time
its a piece of crap, keys doesn't works ( have the same code ) , after magic I opened, but key pad doesn't work, lock materials are too soft , bended easily in seconds, after all suffering trying to install doesn't work again, not coming the companion, incomplete Allen key, its a mess....... excellent idea but poor and cheap manufacturing. definitely doesn't value $400...

Excellent concept, design has room for improvement.
I love what it is, and what it does. Concealable, yet accessible gun safe. When the door to the safe is closed, a metal piece protrudes from the bottom, preventing the internal safe from being removed from the headrest. It's comfortable ENOUGH. My biggest gripe is that it is a bit difficult for me to pull out my firearm on the first go, because that "metal piece" I mentioned earlier, folds inward, creating a "step" that limits the vertical clearance space, so I need angle the firearm to get it out.... Mind you, this is a subcompact, no optic, and still can't withdraw it smoothly. But with that being said, it keeps the firearm secure, I don't have to wonder about having a firearm available if I suddenly need one away from home, and it's hidden! I find the price a little outrageous as well, but, when you're the only game in town *shrugs*. Setting the password and fingerprints are also NOT intuitive, so you better write down or screen record the instructions from their YouTube channel in case they ever go out of business. But I still love the product, even with the gripes I mentioned. It's an excellent concept, and it was executed competently. I hope they continue to improve on the design.

Works as intended but not comfy
My husband bought these for his truck and loves them. He rates them at 5/5 stars. However, as the passenger princess, I find them very hard and uncomfortable. Works for their purpose, but are not comfy.

Not one size fits all
These do not fit my truck. I called the manufacturer customer service number and left message. I was not able to get anyone on the phone and they do not call back either. Do not waste your time

Decent safe, pretty reliable
Great headest safe, hard to see if you arent aware these things exist. Only issue is that if the lower part of the door is off one time, you will have to pull the whole safe out to fix the door by bending the metal "foot" back. Ive had to do this about 4 times in a few months. Also the small screws that hold the safe in place will fall out if you dont lock-tite them. Constant off-road vibrations will loosen them.

Excellent product
Would have been an excellent product if I had been able to install it. Unfortunately Chevy Colorado headrests aren’t removable without some special tool and I wasn’t going to pay the dealer to remove it so I had to return it. I was looking forward to having a lockable, handy safe to keep a hard gun in.

Good quality but…
The posts that go into the seat are thin. This makes it hard to use the spacer things they supply and to get the headrest to lock in place. I had a hard time getting them to lock in one of the upper positions and I found that if I pulled upward in the headrest it would move up but then fall to the bottom When released. I ended up returning them because of this.
