Kolcraft Cloud Sport Lightweight Stroller, Orchid

Very good stroller. Second one of the same brand. Small and convenient

Was using a Kolcraft Cloud Plus earlier and when it got damaged when we checked in once in a flight, we decided to go for a new Kolcraft Cloud Sport as it seemed a little better and purchased one from Walmart as we needed it immediately. First of all, the main issue lies with the folding mechanism, while the Kolcraft Cloud Plus can be folded and unfolded so easily and can be rolled along even in folded state. But the Cloud Sport has issues in folding, it cannot be rolled along in a folded state so it has to be open all the time. And after 2 months of use, it started to become a little difficult to fold it and needed to be done using 2 hands (instead of one for Cloud Plus) and right now it is a real struggle to fold it (causes anxious moments especially when have to store it in your trunk before driving off from one place to another). I am already trying to check with the Kolcraft support team if they can help out, give a chance I will happily trade-off this Cloud Sport with Cloud Plus any day.Update: Tried contacting Kolcraft support for this issue and they asked me to provide a video proof for this issue, after sharing the video they finally accepted that there is an issue and agreed to replace it, but I was asked to first defect the existing stroller by cutting the seat and send a photo confirmation before they initiated the replacement. Since I was using this on a daily basis and cant even handle a single day without the stroller I told them I cant defect the existing stroller before getting the replacement. So much for their customer care and exchange policy!!

I love this stroller. It has the ability to recline, great storage, removable tray, but... I have owned it for only 4 months and the foam grip already came apart. I contacted Kolcraft customer service to inquire about resolutions since the product has only been used for such a short time and was told that there was nothing they could do since it was only "cosmetic". So, while I love this stroller.... you should take note of what their warranty does/does not cover since this on the pricier side for an umbrella stroller.

Love this stroller. We had been looking for a stroller that was taller and that reclined. This one is fantastic with a 5 point harness and reclining seat. The storage is also great. Great for the price!

This is very light weight and it's awesome.
