Best one you can get for this price. Even better than a lot of controllers on higher price brackets.
Edit: the support team was quick to reply. I ended up getting a replacement product via Amazon quite easily despite living outside the US. New controller works perfectly. Nice set of controllers. For the price, they're undoubtedly the best controllers you can get. Old: I ordered two controllers. The first one worked without any issues. For the second one, the button of the right analog stick (R3 button) does not work. Basically you push the analog and it just keeps going inwards without any feedback. Pressing it also does not send any input, meaning that not only is the tactile feedback not working, but the R3 button as a whole is damaged. I'll try to contact the seller for a solution on this issue.

My favorite controller
I keep buying these as I think I have a problem. I always get different colors too. These are reliable and have little to no input lag on the dongle or Bluetooth. The new ones have TMR sticks and that's a worthwhile upgrade. I have not had such drift on any of my controllers from this company and the buttons don't stick. Really good build quality and I like that I can dock it in between gaming sessions to keep the battery topped off.

The joysticks are a buttery dream
Gods be praised, these joysticks are butter smooth and accurate. I needed a smaller controller for my nephew that plays co-op with me, and I settled on 8bitdo as it's smaller than many others. It feels thinner, less full than my Xbox series X Stormcloud controller but I needed to test it out so I fired up DOOM 2016 that I've been playing through the past week. The Sticks: First, yes, these sticks are fresh low friction smooth, but I also mean the tension to move them combined with the accuracy of what I expect to happen on screen is wonderfully matched. I thought I wasn't that good at fast paced shooters but apparently my last controller was holding me back, and I just had a blast ripping through demon spawn. The most fun I had with DOOM in my 3 hours of game time with another controller. Also, the left stick button is a tad softer than the right sticks, which is great for run and gunning in first person shooters. The Buttons: All good. I thought I'd have an issue with the Start and Select buttons because visually its confusing. But the Start and Select are domed, making them naturally intuitive to find without looking. Zero issues hitting the wrong button. The Triggers feel like they have a shorter throw than the Xbox Series X, but The Handles: Good for small hands. But mine are average to big so I can tell a long session will bother me, but anything under an hour is totally fine. However, if you've got big hands AND playing a game that uses both L1 L2, R1 R2 a lot like jet fighter games, you won't prefer 8bitdo's controller shape because your wrists will be canted at a harsher angle when supporting the controller solely with the base of your palms. In FPS the flat handles don't bother me because I support the controller more with my fingers and upper palm, allowing my wrist to stay mostly straight. For $20 dollars? Hall Effect sticks are no joke and deserve all the hype. Maybe it's 8bitdo, maybe its just the hall effect sticks, but this is now the best controller I own.

Worth it
Really nice, last Ultimate controller I had last me 2 years and it only failed because the sticks wear out.

Amazing value!
8bitdo is awesome. This is my second controller from them and both have impressed. The buttons and sticks feel great, the shape is perfectly suited to my hand, and hall-effect sticks give me confidence in it's longevity. My only problem? The colors available on this particular model are all, without exception, ugly. I don't know if they chose them by handing swatches to a half blind and totally drunk baboon, but none of them look great. I got the mint green with dark green buttons, and let me tell you, flipping it so that it would have had a dark green body instead would have done wonders. There's no black, no white, no grey, no dark colors, and no cool designs. But hey, the incredible price point, unbelievable quality, and ongoing reliability more than make up for the off-putting color scheme. Buy one, actually, buy two. These are well worth your cash.

Im a new fan of 8Bitdo
I bought the Black Myth wired type C Controller for under $20, I have already used it to play BF6 and Dragon Ball Z Kakarot and it was responsive and feels comfortable, the size is just a little smaller than Xbox controller, it feels built as well or better than Xbox controller. If this controller last's I will buy the wireless 8Bitdo controller next. Cons- the type c connection feels loose, I needed to wrap a small rubber band around the tip of the usb-c cable tip to wedge it in the controller port so it would not wiggle. I will update if the controller goes bad....

Best controllers so far.
Runs great in linux. This is my second 8bitdo after a sea of crappy 3rd party controllers. These are great!

Smaller tha. You think, but perfect regardless.
High quality 8bitdo product. It's just slightly smaller than a cheap Power-A though, so if you have extra big hands you may want to opt for something larger. It's like it's 2% smaller than I anticipated. But overall it's the best controller I've owned so far. If you play in claw position or use dual fingers on L/R buttons you may find less interference using your L2/R2 fingers (middle fingers) for L4/R4. Just my experience. In regular position I use my index fingers (L1/R1).

Recomendado demais.

Great ergonomic, good haptic feedback and amazing joysticks and triggers ABXY buttons have good feedback, maybe not as much as an original Xbox One/Elite controller but very good for the price Hall effect should make them immune to drift and have good longevity Good design too Higly recommended at this price range

For its price, you get hall effect joysticks, hall effect triggers and rumble motors. Unbeatable pricepoint. Even the F310 and other knockoffs are more expensive and worse than this.

PROs - Perfect size, contrary to some YouTube review this gamepad/controller is not for small hands, it's for normal size hands, like those 90's controllers. - Analog sticks are very responsive and they still in the middle when we don't move. Which is a thing that a lot of controller fail. - The wire cable is kept solid in place. So no disconnection like it sometimes happen with an Xbox One controller. - As a retrogamer I use a lot the d-pad and the d-pad is exactly what I needed. Kind of clicky, so we don't accidentally do diagonal. - Very nice price CONs - The color choices for this model are very ugly. If we are to use non classic colors, I would have preferred something around brown/cream... or a classic color like black and white! - It always stays on. (Since it's the wired version.) - It's an X-Input controller that you cannot change to another input style (since it's wired, but the wireless version is supposed to let you use it for different console and input layout) - Manual is only a waste of paper. It doesn't say anything more than the safety things, aka, you'll need to search online if you want informations about differences between several versions of this Ultimate 2C. NEUTRALs - Weight. Not heavyweight, but not lightweight either. Probably because of the rumble and the anti-noise. So, if you play long sessions keep in mind this gamepad/controller is made to be played 75 degrees to avoid hand and wrist fatigues. So if you play vertically or horizontally, it might not be the controller for you. To conclude, I was originally rating this controller 4 stars, but I decided to go for the 5 stars, because for its price range absolutely no competitors are even near of this in terms of precision versus quality. This is a really good controller. The cons exist, but they are not really an handicap since there are easy solutions for most of them.
