I bought this pillow twice a long time ago. Back then, it was a bit larger and as I recall, a bit softer. This one seems a bit too firm at first, but as it’s used for awhile it breaks in and gets a lot more comfortable. I think it’s overpriced, but I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, so my pillow must maintain the alignment of my neck to prevent stiffness and pain. The pillow is approx 5” high, which is the low height standard. It’s the best pillow so far, to provide me with the alignment and comfort I need. I also sleep through the night much better with it, so I do recommend it, especially for those who have neck problems..

This pillow is comfy, but sadly too flat for my personal liking. If you’re into flatter pillows, you’ll love this pillow. I like some cushion, so would have appreciated more filling. It’s not too firm and quality is great, just personally not for me, so sadly, I am returning.

I’ve went through like 10 different pillows trying to figure out what was right for me and this was the winner. It’s firm but not too firm, soft but not too soft. It is the perfect amount of memory foam and once used for awhile it’ll “break in” and become an even better fit for your head and neck. I would buy this again based on the price point! The pillow doesn’t heat up and stays cooler than a regular pillow.

This pillow was too firm for me, despite the description of softness. And also too thick/high. It kept my head too high up so I couldn't get comfortable and it hurt my neck. The construction is good and you can tell the quality is good, but it's definitely not what I would call soft.

Good product, however, it’s very firm and does take a little getting used to. It helped me tremendously with my neck problems, for me it was a very good purchase. Pillows are a pretty personal item, hard to say if it would be good for somebody else.

Bought this pillow in March of this year. At first, it was good, better than multiple others that I've tried. However, I've started to wake up with quite severe neck pain during last week or so. The pillow seemed not as supportive as it used to be. Upon examining, I've discovered multiple holes, splits on the side that I always use. I've filed a claim with the company which was promptly denied, even though they offer 5 year limited warranty. Would never buy from this company again.

Really pleased with this pillow, fifth pillow I've tried this year. Although expensive, it is really finally the pillow for me. I find it very comfortable for a side sleeper.
