I’ve tried every sensitive toothpaste in the book and this is the first one I’ve tried that actually helps. You have to use it consistently, it’s not a super quick fix but once it starts working there is a noticeable difference. I’d say it improved my sensitivity by about 75-80%. It’s a great value as it includes two tubes and the taste is very pleasant. My mouth always feels clean and refreshed after brushing.
