Fits perfectly
I have a 2001 is300 and it fits perfectly. Easy to install.

Fits and work perfect
The cap fits and works really good.I'm happy with that. But the only issue is the strap That holds the cap from falling That little plug came lose So easy. I ended up putting the old strap.

Tether doesn’t rotate well
The cap fits nicely but the tether attachment is too tight and doesn’t rotate well so pops out of the hole when you’re unscrewing it. Was not very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for, but it would be nice if that feature actually worked.

2001 4Runner SR5 - perfect fit
Check engine light, trac light and one other all red. Had previously replaced up and down stream sensors. Pulled codes for evac or 0440. Gas cap was original 2001 and was failing. Replaced for 8 bucks. All red lights off, no more codes. Not this time Mr Mechanic. DIYers, try the gas cap first before replacing sensors.

Cheap leash but the cap works
No longer have the engine light, so the cap does its job. The button lock on the plastic leash broke during installation. Didn’t force anything it just snapped off while sliding into place.
