I take 1 or 2 in the morning on an empty stomach. Like most vitamins the effect is not strong, but I have better energy, reduced brain fog and many other improved bodily functions all day long.Best multivitamin I’ve ever had, and actually a very good value as well!

Great Product. I feel like this multivitamin is filling in the gaps that my previous one did not. Also, you take fewer capsules. Though it has only been a month, I have noticed my energy level, and my sleep are better. No taste or smell. Easy to swallow.

This multi vitamin/mineral supplement seams to be working well. I haven't been taking it long enough to realize any real boost to my energy level or my well-being. But it boasts to have the right ingredients. It's quite expensive, so I hope to see some results by next month.

I have been on these for over 5 months thanks to God and these I have not been sick since no seasonal flu or colds and have greatly helped my weight loss with carnivore diet (not strictly dirty carnivore) recommend as it is mentholated multi vitamin, pricy but no longer have to purchase other vitamins in support so offsets cost.

I really, I like what this vitamin does. For me, I did, however, I think this was the methylated form looking online, and I could be wrong, but this is different from the 10X. Website as compared to Amazon, so for the money that I paid. I feel that it's working, but I think more of a descriptive Feature with methylation and what it does for the cellular level in regards to vitamins or yeah, different amino acids or peptides would benefit the consumer.
