So much umami
I've become kind of a salt snob, and this is one of my top 3. This one I use specifically for roasted potatoes. Unbelievable. Brings out the savory, creates umami, which is very nice for plant-based cooking.

Chunky!
We particularly like the large crystals. Some are as large as 3mm! Much larger than Morton’s Kosher salt. So you get a nice crunchy burst of salt and flavor from time to time.

Excellent Kosher Salt. Amazing flavor, great for cooking or directly over food
I used to think kosher salt was a hype fad, but after I tried it, there is no going back to regular table salt. Kosher salt is just more flavorful, especially in cooking.This product is clean, flavorful, well packaged and a good value for the dollar. I have purchased several times here and its just great salt.

Needs a grinder
I was expecting the light and fluffy kind of kosher salt I normally buy. This is more like mini rock salt. I ended up buying a grinder so I can use it up. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine salt.

Great, but ...
Absolutely great quality, but beware that this IS coarse and not flaky like the kind you get in a morton box of kosher salt. We put it into a grinder to produce a smaller flake.
