4 months later and not flat. Am I expecting too much?
Look, I get that these things have to be rolled to ship, and probably sit for a year rolled up in a warehouse. But if anyone can figure out how to deliver a big pad like this (12" x 36") that is true flat and the left and right edges aren't still curling 4 months later, I'll pay triple. Also, the edges all around are starting to fray somewhat. I'll probably look for a different option soon. It gets heavy use every day, so again maybe I'm expecting too much, but we'll see how long before it really starts fraying. As a surface, it's been fine. No complaints about the performance of the surface. I'm not a gamer - I'm a sound/video/graphics guy who doesn't like track balls. Where my mouse and keyboard sit, it's flat.

This is THE pad!
I was constantly fighting my old pads, and not being on the right size, or too hard that would not fit the corner, this one got all right. I can now even put my work mouse on it too, it's amazing!
