Works Pretty Well if It Doesn't Break
Just another quick update: A year later I have to say the company has gone above on beyond on supporting their product. My Flosser stopped working after around 11 months and they sent out a replacement within just a few days and extended the warranty another six months. So while my initial review was mixed, I've been so impressed by the support of their product that I'm updating it to five stars, very satisfied and glad to keep using the flosser every day!Just a quick update: to the credit of the company, they did contact me about my review and sent a video link on how to remove the stuck tip, which worked. And they offered a full refund. I told them not to worry about the refund and that I would continue to use the unit, since it's working okay again. The issue with the broken tip seems to be a known issue and hopefully it won't occur again, but I'm willing to give the unit another try. And I appreciate the good customer service.---I liked this item and thought it did an adequate job helping to keep my teeth clean after doing a deep cleaning at the dentist's office. Unfortunately, like quite a few others reviews here, the problem is that after a month the tip broke off, which seems to be a fairly common problem, and the part that attaches inside the unit is stuck in there and I can't for the life of me remove it. So I'll probably just be tossing the whole thing in the trash. If it wasn't for this issue, I would have continued to use the unit. It's not perfect by any means but for the price it does the job all right - that is, if it doesn't break on you!

Good product with a few problems
I am on my third water flosser made by this company. I keep purchasing it because it out performs other portable water flossers that I have tried. It has a few problems though:The other two flossers by this company failed identical manners. The battery charging system failed after about 18 months. So I expect this one to fail in the same manner. The company needs to wirk on the battery system for the unit. The tips are very hard to get out of the flosser and may break off when you try to extract them. I have found the easiest way to get the tips out is to use a pocket knife. Get the blade of the knife under the edge of the tip and pry upwards. The manufacturer should develop a tool to do this and they would rid themselves of a common Complaint about the flosser. You must clean and dry the unit every day or mold will grow inside the flosser. It would be nice if the manufacturer would develop a cleaning solution for the flosser to help with this problem because as it is the mold eventually wins.Otherwise, thid a goid product and worth the purchase orice.

Above-and-Beyond Customer Service!
This is an excellent water flosser. We bought ours in 2021. Three years later, it malfunctioned (wouldn't turn off after being started). We wrote to B. Weiss via their Web site asking how to fix it. Although it was out of warranty, after requesting and receiving a video from me showing the malfunction, they replaced the device and gave us a six-month extension of warranty. The replacement is a newer model and has some improvements in design (including using a USB charger and having the plug that covers the charging socket attached to the device rather than loose, therefore easily lost). The new one also came with several spray heads of various designs; I don't remember that being the case with the older model.Once change that will take getting used to: The earlier model required holding the "on" button for one-third of a second to turn it on, while the new model turns on instantaneously, which has led me to turn it on prematurely and spray the bathroom rather than my teeth. Just something to learn about how to hold the new model.

This is what you get:
Water flosser, with 6 different heads, usb charger and travel baggie. They also included a mouth mirror and tongue scraper for free as a gift. This company shocked me.. I’ve used other water flossers before from wired to non wired and nothing compares to this one. The packaging is done so well and so perfectly. As soon as you hold the water flosser you can feel how high quality it is. It’s a bit heavy and comfortable to hold. They give you so many different heads. The design is incredible it’s so easy to set up and start using it it’s so simple. Folks this is the best water flosser on the market and there’s no debate about it. This company not only clearly cares about its customers and values them but cares about the product they are putting out too and I appreciate that a lot. If I could wear this company’s clothing and advertise them for the rest of my life trust me I would. If you’re looking for the best of the best this is it. I rarely ever post reviews but this product is just so great. Come back to my review after getting it and thank me.

Is it not against the law to sell something used that you paid for to be new?
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Had one that died after 3 years, it was a good product so I ordered another and this time I took the extended warranty. The new one was great, plus they made a couple of good improvements. However the little door on the tub fell off one night and continued to do so every time I used it. I called the warranty company and they referred me back to Amazon. It was decided they would send me a new one, which I received the very next day. I was really excited as it arrived early that day. I opened the box it came in and notice the box the product came in was mess, and the seal broken and then I was shocked when I took everything out of the box. It was filthy, everything looked used and the free gifts were not in the box. I was totally discussed.

It’s OK. But…
The control buttons are too close together. I find myself pushing the “strength” selector button when I want to turn it off and on. And vise versa. I almost shot my eye out when I was trying to change from strong to sensitive. It doesn’t like being used in the shower ( it stopped working and took a week to dry back out.The thing I like least is that it’s cumbersome to hold and use. It’s difficult to get to my back teeth…I’ll buy a Water Pik the next time.
