Very light floral/ fruity smell

How do you open the gd pump??? Cut my thumb skin right off trying to open it? There's no reason for it to be that d... hard!!!

I can’t use the pump, I just open it up and squeeze it out. Product seems too thick to pump but I like how it treats my hair
