Oh my goodness
I love this filter n I feel as if I’ve purchased my best on this one. It’s awesome n easy to install. It’s beautifully designed, fits perfectly on my counter, it functions like a champ n my water couldn’t be much cleaner. It’s durable n love the fact that I only have to change the filter once a yr. It makes this soft sound when I run the water n it’s just letting me kn that clean water is coming n I love it. I highly recommend this product n thnx again!!!! Will shop here soon again.

Paid for itself in a few weeks
City water tastes awful. We were buying multiple cases of the cheapest price-point bottled water each month. This filter fitted right into the sink faucet and has paid for itself in just over a month. It came with a cutsie wrench to tighten down the case, but hand tight was plenty good enough. We ran it until the water came out clear, then ran it for another ten minutes, just to be sure no carbon yuckies remained. No leaks. Good water.

Best water filter ever!!
I love this water filter so much! I bought it a few years ago and I couldn’t get the housing open! I contacted support and Doreen was an angel! She shipped me a new one right away!! I love it for washing vegetables and cooking with it too! So easy to install took me 5 minutes! And I think my water pressure is better than it was before!

Great product and customer service!
Works incredibly well, the water tastes great and flows very fast. I did, however, have an issue when I had to replace the filter in that the unit would not unscrew. I contacted Waterdrop customer support and was connected to Olivia who immediately sent me a replacement. Great product and even better customer service!

Good product
The product works perfectly. The first one didn't want to open for the filter, but I contacted customer service (Doreen), and she was very attentive and cordial. She sent me another one, and I was able to open it again and see the filter. I installed it (super easy) and there are no leaks.

Under the sink is better
A good choice , even the smell of the water is better and the looks of it . Sterilize your tableware just the same as your preserving and canning .
