Works well. Initially got the wrong screen so I had to wait again for the correct one, but once the correct one came it was a good replacement.

Worked great - the installation process wasn't too much of a bear, with the worst part being getting the battery out. Definitely get some 99% isopropanol for the battery removal. The screen works well! I later had to replace the whole phone with another S20+ (motherboard issue), but I've kept the old one handy for if I have any screen problems again.

Was told that return was initiated but Amazon app doesn't show that I can return. Screen of phone is black, it not cracked or broken its just black and does not turn on.

Perfect replacement for your galaxy s20 plus. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with new adhesive strips. Be careful removing ear speaker from old one. Mine broke during removal. No biggie. New one was $6. New screen looks excellent!

Thought nothing could go wrong with this newer 3rd part units, but I was wrong. Item was packaged nicely and came with all the appropriate parts - instructions can be found on YT, but kit didnt come with any. After installing my 1st screen, the phone powered on but had a completly black screen. It was touch sensitive and I felt the vibrations but I couldnt see anything. Installed my old screen to confirm it wasn't a MOBO problem and it wasn't, so I received a dud. Luckily Amazon CS was helpful and sent out a replacement for me. 2nd screen was installed slowly to ensure nothing could go wrong, and it didn't! For 2 days... Screen intially worked perfectly and had no issues - only had to rescan fingerprints. After the middle of day 2, the screen suddenly went black and I started encountering the same issues I had with the 1st screen. Ended up installing my old broken screen and looking for other options I will note that resistors(?) on the base of the digitizer display cable do not match the ones from mu OEM screen. Maybe that's the reason why? But the description did say the screen was for USA models of the S20+. YMMV

Was easy to replace, good quality

Item came perfectly packaged in a box. However after paying a technician to install the screen, he noticed a defect on the top right hand corner (black spot seen in photo). I don't live in the US and the only option is to return for a refund and that's gonna cost me more money to resend. And I still have to reorder a new screen. 😒
