I usually use a gel mask that is heated in hot water to relieve dry eye symptoms and these work very well but I wanted to find an eye mask that I could use without any preliminary preparation - I am delighted that this fits the bill perfectly. On opening the box, the mask is in a sealed packet so you can be sure it is new and unused and it comes complete with the necessary usb cable and an optional mini water spray bottle (I wont be using this for the eye mask but it is there if you want one). I use a phone charger to supply the electric needed (plugged phone charger into wall socket - having unplugged the phone cable and plugged usb cable into phone charger instead. Check your phone charger, not all have this function). Once powered up, you choose the desired time and temperature and it starts heating up immediately. Top temp states 50 degrees and this seems plenty - not as hot as when I heat my gel mask in boiling water but I probably have that too hot and the gel mask cools down quickly whereas this usb mask stays heated at 50 degrees for the required amount of time. The eye mask is lovely and soft and very comfortable to wear. The cable is approx 190cm long (74.5 inches) so it has a reasonably good reach from the power source. The controller is smaller than I expected (approx 6.5cm long /2.5 inches) but simple and easy to use. I am really pleased this mask, it is straightforward and comfortable to use, would definitely recommend!

Rubbish takes so long to what up returned it was a waste of money

I liked this product but 4 months on it just stopped working. I can’t seem to find out whether it is under warranty but I would appreciate a replacement if possible.

My wife has found this USB eye Mask very useful for keeping the temperature constant, as opposed to warming a flannel or a Microwavable one, treating dry eyes..

I've had the gel type masks before - they eventually go mouldy - but this USB heated mask is ACE. Very, Very pleased!

Barely reaches body temperature. Completely useless.

Such a great product. Really happy with how it's help with my dry eyes. My eyes now feel well rested in the morning and driving my dark commute to work has never been so comfortable.
