Steam cleaner works well but it’s almost impossible to find pad replacements for the steam cleaner in the uk. The vacuum is terrible so I suppose it’s only good as a steam cleaner if you can find the pad replacements... and good luck with that.

I don't like the fact that the cleaning cloth attachments are so expensive and not easy to buy in shops, only seen them for sale online, amazon etc. If I had done my homework I would NOT have bought this item but purchased something where the cloths are easily purchased on the high street at a cheaper price. Cleans great and cant complain about that.

I didn't buy this it was a gift. I think it's brilliant. Long cable, lightweight, flows across the floor. Doesn't leave your floor soaking wet. I would definitely recommend.

Sorry I really could not get on with this product and this could have been the way the instruction book was written. For example there was a reference to Velcro fastenings on the pad but there were none and the bottom plate does not clip on and stay on. While the product is supposed to be slid from floor to floor I had to lift it to clean my workshop but the bottom plate just fell off. Very irritating. If the sanitiser bit worked I could not tell. The carpet remained dry. Maybe it is me but I just couldn't work it. Currently it is sitting in the garage.

This product was great till it broke, now every time I hoover the steam goes into the vacuum bit , then I have disassemble the machine total clean through. Only lasted 3month.Amazon product support unavailable every time I try to get help. Not a good buy.

The product is broken. I don't even used it up to six months.

Hyper contente de mon achat , il est top ! Je l'ai essayé de suite en combiné ''aspi+vapeur max" sur des sols très encrassés : excellents résultats sans même frotter ! La vapeur assainit bien et sèche le carrelage quasi de suite. Si bémol à mettre : le bruit et la pointe qui ne va pas entièrement dans les petits recoins . On apprécierait d'avoir des embouts multiples. Je regrette pas du tout cet achat qui me fait gagner du temps !

J'ai voulu changer d'aspi-vapeur pour qu'enfin je puisse passer dans tous les coins hélas ce n'est pas le cas non plus pour celui-ci. De plus, il est hyper bruyant, trés génant , je n'ai qu'une envie arrêter. De plus il est lourd!!!!Déçue

Bien reçu dans les délais mais la fonction vapeur ne fonctionnait pas, retour possible du produit dont j'attends le remboursement. Dans la boite du colis j'ai cependant trouvé un bon de retour portant le nom d'une autre cliente????ai-je reçu un appareil en route pour un retour par hasard? J'avais demandé un remplacement mais j'ai reçu un bon de retour. J'attends donc le remboursement avant de recommander un appareil que j'espère avoir au même prix. Au demeurant je possède déjà le même appareil qui devient vieux , j'en étais très contente et je souhaitais le remplacer par un neuf.

la totale ...livraison pourrie et ........ appareil en panne ....a marché 6 secondes ! colis lâché par dessus le portail comme une m .....

je lai utilisé sur du oarquet et il est rayé maintenant !!pas contente du tout, ca va me coute 500 euros pour changer celui ci
