Fantastic
Easy to set up, ok wizard app could be a bit more responsive.Washes awesomely and drys well. Quieter than my old washing machine once you get it level.Really pleased.

Don't buy hoover products
I took delivery of my washer dryer to match existing wifi controlled washer.It all started when I connected it all up which I know exactly how to do.As soon as I turned on the water the machine started to fill even though it was turned off.Phoned hoover and was told I would have to wait over a week for an engineer visit.Just as I was about to contact amazon I had a brainwave and switched off the electricity and the machine seemed to reset itself.Great I thought, now let's connect it to my existing hoover wizard app.Ha ha that's where the fun begins,10 emails later explaining exactly what is wrong within the app I'm still no further .It's like talking to the wall trying to get any sense out of the hoover team.I will give it untill Monday to get any sense out of hoover as now the app won't let me into it at all,it says I cannot have access because I'm not a delvoper.So now can't even use the app to use my existing machine.Total joke.The only good thing is I know if I do have to contact amazon on Monday I will get some common sense and probably a replacement.Shame on you Hoover UK.

Best I’ve had
This looks great, works nicely with not too much noise and is the best washing machine I’ve had. I need a tumble dryer so I use this regularly too. Much easier and nicer than having two separate units..

Hoover washer/dryer
Ordered on 21st May and it was delivered 22nd May. Delivery guys were really helpful. Washer/Dryer is great

Possibly the worst one I’ve had
A lot of things to take in consideration when you pick a washer dryer (that I had no idea prior buying this one). Alway had decent washer dryers, and that is why I can make a comparison with this one. So, one of the things that bothers me (ALOT) is that you can’t customise your own program, you have default programs pre-selected and that’s all you can do. I tried inclusively installing the app but It doesn’t let you build your own program. Huge downside for me. Another thing I didn’t know it made such a huge impact is the noise level. This one has a very high rating on the noise level that I paid no attention to… make not the same mistake, this machine makes a lot of noise. I could go on about it but this are the 2 main focus points on to why I wouldn’t recommend buying this washer dryer. No program customisation and the noise level of it.
