Amazing coffee machine
So far so good. I bought this machine a few weeks ago and so far is working perfectly fine. Great coffee and always very hot. It is not too noisy when grinding the coffee and very easy to clean. Got this machine on a great promotion and it worth every penny!!!

One of my best purchases ever!
After spending what felt like a lifetime trying to choose a suitably priced machine that met all of my requirements in function, visual appeal, ease of cleaning, ease of use, and quality, I finally settled on this little gem. (Shout out to user pauslon1 who convinced me to treat myself to this one when helpfully answering my question about cup size) I've since made myself and family a variety of different drinks and everyone really enjoyed the taste of a proper bean to cup coffee. I spent a bit of time researching what coffee beans would be most suitable for our drink preferences (we are milky latte/cappuccino people) and settled on some nice creamy medium roast beans. I also bought the Monin caramel syrup which was a great tasting addition to my latte. It took a bit of experimenting to figure out the best method for getting a full standard mug (pressing the function once gives you about half a mug worth of drink) whether we should just press the button twice or whether to customise our coffee to milk ratios. But with the help of the handy guide sheet as well as the more indepth manual instructions it was quite easy to play around with and figure out. I bought a short 380ml travel mug and it just about fits underneath the coffee dispenser and the milk spout without room to spare so that's definitely the absolute max size cup you could have, but it's worth knowing that it's possible to get at least some kind of travel mug under there even if only a smaller one. Cleaning it all out is easy enough (make sure you removing the packaging from inside the machine too as I forgot to do this at first and it made a bit of a mess). It's a little noisy but honestly I've used many louder machines in the past, they all are noisy to some degree, this one is quite tolerable. I wanted a machine with a good variety of drink options to make and other than more expensive machines like Philips or Siemens this one had the best screen/drink options for the price. I'm sure I've missed out many of its positive qualities, but overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of good coffee!

Wow - what a disappointment
As promised, here's the update. Had the machine for less than 48 hours and it's developed a fault. The coffee grounds indicator came on, I followed the manual, cleaned and washed everything and left it to dry and the warning light won't clear. Sending back and I have ordered a similar machine from a different brand.I've only had this machine for 24 hours so if anything changes I'll update my review but so far I am LOVING my new bean to cup coffee machine. It's so simple to use, the touch screen is bold, bright and easy to follow. For the past 10 years I have used a basic espresso machine, using pre-ground coffee however it was developing a fault so I decided to upgrade - if I buy a coffee for £3 a day, 5 days a week then I've paid off this machine in 20 weeks by drinking/making good coffee at home instead - when looking at it that way I think it's good value for money. When I switch the machine on it does a quick rinse and then I run hot water into my espresso cup to heat it up - espresso flavour develops best in a warm cup. The cup warmer feature is useful if the machine is left on for a while but not if you're like me and making a coffee, bleary eyed at stupid o'clock in the morning!I have turned the grinder down to the finest grind and my espresso is DELICIOUS!!The manual recommends that you make the espresso first and then use the steam wand to heat milk, otherwise the machine can burn the espresso. My only slight gripe is that when I'm heating my milk the steam switches itself off before the milk has reached the minimum temperature on the thermometer - I suspect I just need to practice a bit though to get it done in time.I have used a bean to cup machine before and the neighbours 3 streets over knew whenever it was being used - this one isn't silent but it's not excessively loud.If you decide to take the additional manufacturor warranty apparently the serial number is UNDERNEATH the machine (😖) so take a note of it before setting it all up.

Ground coffee problem
It’s not working. Can someone do video or step by step how to do ground coffee…. When we press ground coffee button the coffee ends up in bottom canister as dry as a bone and red light comes on?

This beats my 2 previous Delonghi bean to coffee mandsndown
This Beko bean to coffee machine is absolutely head and shoulders Above my 22 previous Delonghi bean to cup machines. It looks class all it up and the milk frother is brilliant just pop it off the machine and keep it in then fridge when ya not in use. Just click the coffee you want and so many choices but mines a latte and all done in the push of a button. I’m so glad IBought this I wasn’t sure with the name not being as know for coffee machines but for once I madeThe correct choice buying this 10/10 for me I love it. And the coffee tastes so so good. I’m using Pumphreys blue mountain and yes it’s more expensive but it’s well worth the money. You have to either visit the shop or order online. Honestly best bean I’ve found in 13 years having these machines. Pumphreys blue mountain and the beko machine with the milk container you clip in just magnificent delicious scrumptious.
