The colors are so vibrant and look amazing in the light table I bought my grandchildren.

These were great for my sons schooling

I ordered this set of translucent colored shapes to use on a light board as a sensory activity. They have been a hit! Some pros and cons of this particular set: Pros: The raised edges of each shape make them much easier to handle for people with less developed fine motor skills. The colors are bright and engaging. They're basically unbreakable under typical use; these have been dropped onto hard floors and flung across rooms and are none the worse for wear. Cons: Those edges can be pretty sharp, especially when flying through the air! The container is very flimsy and not really an option for long term storage. Finding pattern sheets that match the colors and shapes of this particular set has been more challenging. I ended up making my own.

I had hoped to have more traditional pattern block shapes but do really love the way the shapes fit together! Such bright colors too! The container they cane in is a bit flimsy so count on using something different to store them

We homeschool and these blocks were perfect for a little study about tesselations. Even the big kids were drawn in when I put them on our tracing pad! They look so pretty and there is something magical about playing with them. I like that these blocks aren't the run-of-the-mill shapes. We have those already. It's nice to play with something new, you know? The kids were able to discover for themselves where the proportions are the same, and that's a great exploratory activity. Unfortunately, the plastic cylinder they came in arrived broken, but the blocks inside were just fine. I just put them in a zippy bag and am content to store them that way, it made for an easier clean-up anyway. It could have easily been the way Amazon shipped it- it came in a bag, not a box. Overall I was very pleased with these blocks and I think they are priced right.

Looks like everything is there, the container was broken at the bottom and most of the oeices were throughout the bottom of the box. So now I just need to get another container to put them in

Works well with a light box for kids on the spectrum

First of all package was delivered damaged at the bottom then the item is completely misleading from the pictures. These blocks are so small I was ordering them for a 3 year old and they do not seem safe for that age at all. On the pictures they seem a bit bigger and i thought they would be cute to use as an activity with a light table.

100% worth the price, looks great the light box I use to homeschooling my special needs son!
