The Portable AC That’s Cooler Than Your Ex
Looking for a cool breeze without freezing your wallet? This portable air conditioner is your new best friend! It’s the perfect size—not too big to hog your space, not too small to leave you sweating like you’re in a sauna. Great for home or office, it fits in like it’s always belonged there (no awkward first dates here). Easy to connect to WiFi—so simple even your pet could do it (if they had thumbs). With powerful fan speeds that won’t sound like a jet engine, you can stay cool and actually hear yourself think. Control it from work or your couch, and enjoy low running costs that won’t make your electric bill scream. It’s like having a personal climate butler who’s funny, efficient, and never asks for a day off. Stay chill, save cash, and laugh at the heat!

It keeps it cool so you get a good nights sleep
Brilliant little air conditioning unit, bit noisy but keeps the bedroom cool, it does have a night mode but not that much quieter. I just use ear plugs and that’s fine. It’s worth it to have a nice cool bedroom. We put a hole in the wall to vet the hot air . The window venting System that comes with it is not very practical..

Smart aircon, so good!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Smart, Compact & Surprisingly Quiet – Just One Small Quirk We bought the SereneLife SLPAC905WUK after our previous air conditioner gave out after barely two years. Right away, we noticed how much smaller and sleeker this unit is—perfect for saving space without sacrificing cooling power. The fan is impressively strong and cools our room quickly, but we do wish there was a slower speed setting for those times when you just want a gentle breeze. That said, it's much quieter than our old AC, which used to drown out conversations and TV. This one hums along nicely in the background, even on higher settings. One of the standout features is its smart capability. It works seamlessly with Google Assistant, Alexa, and even Home Assistant via the SmartLife app. Being able to control it with voice commands or automate it with routines has been a game-changer—especially on hot days when you want the room cool before you even walk in. Setup was simple, and the remote is handy, but honestly, we mostly use the app now. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade with modern features and a much quieter operation. Just hoping a future update gives us that slower fan speed option!

Extremely noisy but ice cold.
Bought this as our bedroom has been reaching 25 degrees over the last few weeks. PROS - Nice looking unit with a easy to navigate digital display. - Comes with a remote. - WiFi compatible with handy app. - Ice cold air my room went from 24 to 16 within an hour. I've only used the air con feature but that is very impressive. CONS: - Extremely heavy, especially when I have to elevate it on a chair to allow free movement of air. - Hose is obnoxiously wide. - Window kit doesn't fit the most common used window in UK so you have to source one elsewhere. - Unbelievably noisy and I normally sleep with ambient sounds on. My wife can't stand being in the same room as it as she describes it as it's like being under a plane engine. It also sounds like there's loose fragments of plastic flying around inside. - On standby there's a horrible loud buzzing. Realistically you need to have it on constantly otherwise the temperature ramps up. Once turned off my room can go from 16-22 in 10mins. I've generously rated 3 out of 5 stars simply because if it's on constantly it does an amazing job but the noise levels etc let it down.

Game changer for this stifling heat!
Bought 2 of these for my kids' rooms as they are un the loft so get unbearably hot in this heat. They cool the rooms down and everyone is happy and able to sleep. Very happy with this purchase.

I'm so happy for this air conditioning unit.
I wasn't sure how good this would work but I was totally amazed. I've always used fans but they just blow hot air around. I placed this on my landing with the hose out of the bathroom window (with an extension) I set it to cool mode and put the temp to 16 degrees within an hour it had cooled the whole of upstairs it meant I would have a great night sleep in the summer heatwaves. It is quite noisy but I sleep with white noise. It's weight is very heavy trying to get it upstairs was a real test of strength. Works really well. The only downside is the cost it does use a lot of electric.

Works great! One thing I learned is that the hoses are standardized, and if the included window kit doesn't work in your situation, you can buy alternate ones here on Amazon. In my case, my window was in a basement apartment, and high on the wall. My measurements were just 17"x10", so the included kit would not fit. The solution was to close the window on the plain hose and put the flap of a small cardboard box above it. This works fine until I buy a proper window kit. It is loud on low settings, but it's a whish sound I can get used to. The "Dry" setting seems to be just a fan from the outside. I have no problem cooling a 10'x12' room so far, but my region won't get 30C days until July. Update: We got an early summer! I just passed 31C outside and had no problem staying cool. When set to 22C, my desk remained at 23.7C all afternoon. Also I have not filled a soda bottle with drippings in weeks. If the cooling seems to stop, ensure a tight seal around your window with the hose. -Simple to install -Good value -Good cooling performance -Adaptable to many window types

The unit comes with the wheels on which makes it easy to maneuver. Attractive. Watch an unpacking video just to know what you are looking for. Easy to set up, love the automatic air flow door- opens and closes with on and off button. Good for keeping dust out and safe around kids and pets. The 3 airflow settings are just right- the highest being quite powerful. It begins cooling immediately. We haven't set it up in the window yet- it's March and we are in the Northeast. I haven't tried the remote yet- probably wont use it much. Caution when opening bag with remote, batteries and manual - there is a small screw in there to stabilize the window installation. Very nice- we like it so far

Initial review: we got these units as supplements to our central air in Phoenix. It does a great job in cooling down our sleeping rooms where the central air just isn’t able to cool those areas very well. I made some modification when setting up the window hot air exhaust hose. - you will probably need an additional window kit. Our vertical window was too large and our smaller winders were too small for the kit that came with the units. Too bad because they seemed like good quality items. - to add stability for the exhaust plate block In the window, I cut some cardboard, rolled it up into a round long piece, wrapped it in duct tape and wedged it between the window and the plate. This keeps the exhaust plate my more sturdy in the window. - on my vertical window, to keep it from sliding open at all (unlikely to happen but still) I had some suction cups that screw onto the window and increase the suction grip as you screw. I placed three of these along the window and now they won’t open at all. - to create some more insulation at the exhaust plate, I cut a piece of cardboard to the plate and then bought some foam insulation and glued it to the cardboard. Now just place that in the window behind the exhaust plate to prevent more hot air from coming in.

I live in Canada, but I'm really averse to heat and can't stand indoor temperatures when it's anything higher than 24C (75F) outside. After the heat dome of last year, I swore to myself that I'd get an AC before May of this year, which was a great call because this unit arrived just in time for another heat dome of 27C - 30C (80 to 86F) a day for the upcoming week. My roommate hates AC for whatever reason, so I just wanted something that could cool a very small bedroom (roughly 150 square feet), was affordable, and wasn't a window unit. Based on other reviews, I went for this model (SLPAC105W). Absolutely gets the job done. If it's aimed anywhere in my direction, it has me shivering, so it's almost overkill for a small room. I deliberately take fully cold showers everyday to the point of being quite cold adapted, so believe me when I say that this thing produces some serious coooold. So long to the days of having to spray water on myself and aim a fan in my direction (which barely ever did anything). The cold air comes out within seconds unlike, say, a car's AC, which is a comparison I used because the lowest temperature setting on this thing is 16C (60F), which is the lowest my car's AC does. Installation was quite easy. I will point out that the window attachment was too long for my window of 32 inches, so keep that in mind. I've seen another reviewer mention cutting down the window attachment to fit, but I lack the tools to do this, so I just discarded the slide in part and duct taped some spare plastic to cover the 7 inches of opening that remained. Seemed to form enough of a seal to get the job done and I'm not too concerned with maximal efficiency here. The unit is a lot noisier than I expected, even on "low", which is sort of okay with me considering I like ambient noise and always had an air purifier and tower fan running at all times, but if loud noise bothers you, keep that in mind. My noise cancelling earbuds are strong enough to block out my air purifier and tower fan when both on together and strong enough to block out even the ambient engine noise of my car, but they're not strong enough to block out the noise of this unit. Be mindful of that if the unit is close to your bed. I suppose that's what the sleep timer is for, though I haven't tried that out yet. But better to have a cool room than a hot one, right? Maybe a good idea to run it in the hours leading up to sleep if noise is an issue. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Surpassed my expectations. I used to dread summer and literally preferred even -40C (-40F) Canadian winters, but now I look at the upcoming forecast of back to back 30C (86F) days with optimism knowing I've got this AC handy. Shivering as I type this! Highly recommended.
