Arrived promptly, easy to fill with old sheets and clothing, hook was a bit naff but had a climbing carabiner to hand so using that.

Good bag
This is a pretty decent bag when filled. I have filled mine up to 40 kg and it has performed well so far.

Good Fun
It's an empty light weight bag. I filled mine with heavy old curtains and hung it from an RSJ with chain and a D link. Buy some good gloves before you start.....It only takes a few rounds for the bag to shred your knuckles if you don't!The bag has some graphics on it that can be used as targets the "X" is great to plant your knee in!
