Badland (Badlands) Remote Control Switch for Winches 5 prong

Q: Looking for power cord and 3 prong control for badlands marine winch?

Tbis is a five prong application a three prong is going to to one leg power and other two polarity direction check with local auto parts store they have various switches that will work but not in a exact plug in application will require modification at control end or to plug end I’ve had to repair replace winch remote control a half dozen times do to individuals not paying attention and pinching and ripping cord

Q: Will this work on a badlands 2500 or a 3500?

Don’t know I purchased this item to replace the one on my Badlands 5000

Q: Is this switch waterproof?

The customer I got these controls for uses them in a damp environment. I would say more water resistant than water proof. Harbor freight stocks these controls (p# 14547)
