Product did not work
My 15 year old daughter ordered this laptop to play a game on with her birthday money. It did not work upon arrival. It kept trying to load saying there was a repair needed then it would say it couldn’t be fixed.

You get what you pay for
I’ve only had this laptop for 24 hours. I paid $173, plus taxes, so it’s not that big of a deal. BUT, it can barely run Word and Edge. I’m typing up an outline for class (while charging) and the screen goes blank for 20-60 seconds with no response. The surface is hot to the touch, but I don’t hear the fans running. It’s happened twice already. However, seems to only be happening while charging. Since I run most computationally intensive tasks and store everything in the cloud, I thought I could get away with a weaker and cheaper laptop. Now I don’t know if it’ll make it till the end of the semester. I’m thinking about returning it… Edit: I didn’t return it. It seems to work well enough. I use Google Colab for a few classes and the typing is so lagged, sometimes it’s too annoying to use. I don’t understand why this happens, scrolling and surfing have no similar effect. I wish I would’ve gotten a $300-500 one instead. I should update this: I still have it, it’s been well over a year now. It works fine for cloud/internet based stuff. Sometimes it’s a little laggy, especially at start up, but the battery lasts a decent amount of time. If you need something for emails and other internet work, I think this is fine. It’s quiet. It hasn’t heated up in a while (probably because I stopped using Microsoft Office). IMO there’s no reason to spend more that $200 on a laptop if you don’t need the high speed capabilities (it drives inflation higher). Upgraded my rating from 2 to 4

Nice laptop
It's not touch screen. I thought it was both. It works good I like it. Runs show processor wise at time but it's doable.
A**!
Does not work.
Absolutely awful, takes forever to turn on, will not update. I need a return.
