It's really practical!
The fabric of the pants is high - quality pure cotton, which has good elasticity, is soft and skin - friendly. The elderly feel comfortable wearing it, and don't feel uncomfortable even after wearing it for a long time. The hidden double - pocket design is so considerate. It can easily hold the urine bag. Hiding the urine bag in the pocket can not only keep it dry and comfortable, but also avoid embarrassment when going out.

cleverly designed
The design of this nappy bag pant is really clever! Not only does it perfectly solve the problem of storing the nappy bag, but it is also aesthetically pleasing. The trousers look just like normal trousers and you can't tell that they contain a nappy bag at all. The zip pockets are designed to be both convenient and secure, preventing the nappy bag from accidentally falling out.

A must for anyone with a catheter
These are a game changer for my dad and have become the only pants he wears. They are lightweight, comfortable, and beyond practical for his Foley catheter. It fits both his leg bag and his night bag. We have been washing them on delicate and either using a delicate dry cycle or hanging them to dry and the material has held up over the months.

4 Stars for Quality in a pityful pool of options
In March I purchased 1 pair in a frantic attempt to find something to wear to accommodate my two new 'surprise' nephrostomy bags. You have to start somewhere! I have had the pants for a few weeks now. I have worn them almost daily and washed them several times. They are made well, and the fabric feels soft but strong. I like the zipper for this style pants and it is solid. The pants are holding up well this far.I love the concept, but after some real life daily wear in various activities, I think they could use a redesign or 2.0 version.I find the biggest issue with the current design of the interior pocket in each leg. It's a very large pocket, located over the entire top of the thigh. The fabric of the pocket it very flimsy, and not made for my 500ml bag. It doesn't give it any support and I constantly have to adjust and straighten it. The bags then sits on top of the thigh. An empty bag, no issue, but a fuller bag flapping on the thigh in a very loose pocket is not comfortable or good for the bag/valve wear and tear, keeps from wearing them in public for any longer outings. The waistband is elastic with an adjustable drawstring, and I am not a fan, but that is because I have some swelling and sensitive areas around the drawstring line, and it can make it painful at times. Again, I am constantly adjusting. If that applies to you, think about sizing up one size to give you room for relief. This is good a product, made with solid materials, and a good purchase in a pityful pool of options.I think it's due for a few improvements.Pocket Placememt (move it to the side of the thigh)Waistband (Consider a wider band option)Colors (Add more colors, brighten it up a bit...no...A LOT.Zipper- great zipper (consider placing on the seamline and conjunction withbmovingvthe pocket. These are all the things that I consider as I continue to search for the most comfortable wearto a very personal and completely unexpected lifestyle change. Take care

Test for Unisex Sizing
I have been wearing a nephrostomy bag for several months , leading up to kidney stone surgery. I want to be mobile and go out in public so I ordered these pants as a possible option. I am 136 pounds and 5'3" female, and carry my weight in my tummy. I ordered size Large, and it was quite long, and very roomy around the hips and legs. I found the inner pocket to be positioned almost at my knee, and my bag knocked around uncomfortably. I wish there were a women's size, or a conversion chart for better fit. Also, the elastic waistband was too tight.I also was disappointed that the inner lining fabrics and the drawstring were white, even though the pant fabric is black, and the lining showed with each access to the hand pockets and the side leg zipper openings.Even though the concept is good, these features created more problems for me, and I decided to return them.

convenient and practical
The design of these nappy trousers is very convenient and practical, with zipped pockets that make it easy and safe to place and remove the nappy bag. It has greatly improved the quality of life for those who need to use a nappy bag.

Hold the bag nicely.
My brother needed this last year and it helped him tame that dreadful bag. With only one arm that works, he was able to put this on and continue about his day much easier.

One of my best discoveries
Are they perfect? No, but if you have a relative who is bedridden or in a wheelchair, they will make your life better.
