Rip in packaging rendering useless
The media could not be loaded. Anyone who knows about Passover knows that opened items prior to the holiday cannot be used. Therefore, I spent an exorbitant amount of money for an item I'll be forced to toss. It's bad enough that the prices are jacked up for this holiday, but then shipping damaged goods is just irresponsible. The packaging was perfect, so it must have been damaged prior. So disappointed.
