These are exactly what I needed for covering/proofing my sourdough in large bowls. They are so versatile that I used them to cover a huge plate of brownies (double batch piled high) for a party. And talk about value for the money!!! You could easily clean them to reuse if you wanted to which would skyrocket the value for the money. They are a goid quality and durable product and very easy to use. They come in a vacuum sealed bag and take barely any room to store. I highly recommend and will be purchasing again!

I use these for proofing bread. They fit multiple size bowls and they are easy to use. After using one of these covers, I turn it inside out and let it dry so I can use it again. They work better than cling wrap or the press type of cover and since they are reusable, they save money. They are made of a very thin plastic, and made to be disposable. I would recommend them for covering bowls.

These plastic round covers with elastic are literally the perfect solution for covering my sourdough bannetons and proofing bowls. I saw a few reviews saying they were flimsy, but that has not been my experience at all. They’re actually sturdier than traditional plastic wrap. They’re not quite as clingy or flexible as saran wrap, but the elastic edges make up for that — they stretch easily over larger bowls and stay securely in place. They’re also reusable, which I love. As long as the dough doesn’t stick directly to the plastic (I plan to use a cloth or waxed cloth between the dough and the cover), they should last a long time. For anyone who bakes regularly, especially sourdough, these are a fantastic kitchen upgrade. Highly recommend!

I found a rather unique use for these and want to share it. We are small scale maple syrup producers in Wisconsin. The sap season is often riddled with crazy weather and this year was more intense than usual. Rain, snow & wind can cause our pail covers to be blown off, spoiling the precious sap. We used these elasticized covers over the top of the pail covers to help keep out the unwanted rain & snow, but also to protect the covers from flying away. So far, they have worked like a charm! We are able to lift them off right with the cover and put them back on with minimal ripping, even though they are light weight. They are also inexpensive which is a plus! Bonus-I will also use them in my kitchen after the maple syrup season is over.

These are good for dough proofing and for other one time uses. I don’t think they are intended to last through multiple uses. The size works. It is slightly larger than my proofing bowls; and that is Far better than being too small.

absolutely love these. way better than cloth or anything else out there. i use them weekly and almost daily on the weekends. fits jars, bowl, loaf pans. great price. easy clean up. you just throw it away lol

These are perfect for my sourdough endeavors. My dough stayed hydrated during a long fermentation and peeled off easily if you go gently. They are very big and covered a 12 inch basket perfectly. They are not very thick but that’s why I chose these. Great value and arrived very quickly. I’d buy again for sure.

Love these for my sourdough bread. Makes it so much easier.

Buen producto, cumple con lo prometido. Me gustó como viene embalado al vacío y ocupa poco espacio. El tamaño es grande pero le sirve para cubrir los tazones de menor tamaño. Muy útil para el uso de cocina.

Great for proving bread, fitted perfectly over the bowl. Easy to use, would definitely recommend. Great value for money.
