Worth it for an intro to Beatrix Potter
Nice paper quality. Well printed and good illustration copies. Beatrix Potter stories may be slightly dark for very little children.

Pleasant and nostalgic
These are such nostalgic stories. I thought about these stories recently and I had to get the book. It's comforting to have the book to refer back to. I'm excited to take it to read to my niece and nephew.thr book is medium sized and the cover is soft. Fits on my bookshelf well. I'll have to get more similar books to add to my collection.

Wonderful book to begin a child’s exposure to being read to.
I LOVE this edition! It has given me the most beautiful memories of snuggling with my busy 3 year old grandson and reading every word. —just need to catch him when he’s worn out. There are enough pictures to go with the text that it holds his interest. Plus Beatrix Potter is a wonderful woman who pioneered many causes in her time. I’m happy to keep her memory and art alive.

I love beatrixPottet books - so a lovely book to read. Lovely pictures

I would say this is definitely an essential collection of tales. Despite this, I purchased this book because I had a small hardback version of the tale of Jeremy Fisher and I wanted to have a version with larger pictures. This did not measure up to that. The pictures were the same size but seemed to be darker and of lower quality. Ended up returning it.
