Don't Do the Twist
Silicone is the way to go. This is the 4th time I have bought these Anker charging cables, and now I am convinced that there's probably nothing else on the market anywhere near as good. They are top-notch for cable quality, which ultimately results in more consistent charging results. They can be ever-so-slightly more expensive, but for a good reason - they're better. Period.Oh, and if you are wondering, I use them for all my devices.I still have all the Anker cables I have ever bought and they are all as sturdy as if they are brand new.

I would buy again
When I upgraded my iphone, obviously Apple had to change the charging cord - purchased this to use in my truck. I like the length and the material the cord is made of, it doesn't get knotted up or twisted and long enough for anyone to use in the truck.

Anker iPhone Charging Cable - Flexible
I LOVE this charging cable! It is durable, easy to use, flexible, does not get tangled, easy to store - it is the BEST cable I have ever used. I would buy this style over and over - and have had nothing but good luck with the ANKER brand! Worth every penny!

CarPlay works again!
I bought an iPhone 15 and my previous Car Play cable no longer worked. A Reddit thread had a link to this cable promising capability with the 15’s and 16’s and I bought it immediately. Whew! —functioning Car Play again.

Thank God for these flexible cables from Anker! There has never been a more misguided trend in USB cables than the stiff and dirt magnet braided cables coming out of China in recent years: they are almost unusable because of their stiffness, and are impossible to keep clean. (Shame on you Apple for those stiff braided charging cables on your laptops!). Highly recommended for their easy drape, ease of cleaning, and high value pricing!
