Works as it should straight out of the box. Truly plug and play! I used this device to connect my IP PoE cameras when the one in the NVR died. Worked like a charm with a bit of fussing with the IP addresses on the NVR and now all my caneras are operational again, without having to replace the NVR. Definitely recommended!

While the switch was fine for my needs, TV ethernet ports only, very disappointed that amazon had the wrong speed listed, as it is actually 10/100 speeds only. please update this, as this would cause many problems for people using this for PCs
