If you need these they will really help quickly
I always have these with me on long walks. I'm slightly prone to sudden drops in blood sugar and these redress the balance quickly and easily.

Regular buyer of these for my diabetic son. Great for dealing with hypos and he loves the taste. I have also pinched them on occasion during exercise and they do provide a little energy boost. Not too strong a taste.
