Really great value
Great value and well made square out of the box, but adjustable if not. Nice detents for quick set up. Huge upgrade to the one that came with your saw.

holds adjustments firmly. T-nuts a little small for t-track
good value

Fence mounting bolts are too long.
I bought this to replace a junky craftsman miter guage, which most everyone knows is smaller than standard. I easily transferred the miter to a home made slide, no problem. My only gript at this point is that the bolts for attaching the miter to a powertec style fence, or standard T-track, are too long. I had some extra nuts I added to the inside of the mount slot and seems to have fixed it right up. You could also probably cut the bolts down a bit too.

Perfect for my DW744 table saw
EditFor those who get this for their U shaped slot, remove the front disc and then adjust screws on the bar. The disc should only be used if your table has a T slot. This is a great miter gauge. Very good quality. Positive stops for common angles. Fits perfectly on the table saw and in the storage slot. I had a dewalt miter gauge that was about the same price. It worked fine, but was plastic and not near the same quality as this. I got the miter gauge without the fence, but I can add the fence later. What’s nice about the slide bar on this are the allen screws in it. These can be screwed in to take out any slop between the bar and the groove. The fitment is very close, better than the dewalt replacement one, and I only needed to slightly screw these in to get a tight, smooth slide. Very good value and allows me to make mitered cuts on my table saw easily. Of course there’s some better ones out there, if money is no limit, but for a solid and inexpensive miter gauge, can’t go wrong with this.

Smaller than expected
This miter gauge was smaller than I expected and although it worked for my bandsaw, there were two things I didn’t like. One was the very small pointer made it difficult to adjust especially since it is buried where no light shines and black on black made it hard to see so I painted it white which helped but not by much. Secondly it has a small plunger that is supposed to drop down and index the scale at pre drilled angles. It wasn’t 90 degrees when the plunger first dropped into the index hole so I loosened the handle and with a little force, was able to get it to 90* but it didn’t like it there until I screwed the handle down tight. It will work but I’m unsure about the predrilled angles being accurate.

Excellent quality at a bargain price.
An excellent, dead accurate, inexpensive miter gage without all the foolish bells and whistles. It's probably not possible to find a better miter gage at this price point. The fit and finish is top notch, and it's dead on accurate at every angle indent.
