GREAT FOR BUIDNESS OWNERS TOO AND IT COMES WITH A REMOTE FOR EACH ONE AND YOU CAN SWITCH IT FROM CHIME TO ALARM LETSCSAY WHEN YOU CLOSE BUISNESS WICH IS LOUD AND SCARE AWAY INTRUDERS WITH LIUD SIRENS GOING .... AND TBE REMOTE YOU CAN TURN IT OFF TOO SO NO SOUND IS MADE WHEN SOMEONE WALKS IN FOR SOME REASON OR A CERTAIN OERIOD OF TIME OF USING THE DOOR ALOT !!!!I USE THIS AT MY HOME AS IT GREAT TO IF YOU RLRENT A ROOM YOU CAN HEAR FROM DOWNSTAIRS IF A ROOM MATE B IS GOUNG IN YOUR ROOM... WELL THEY HAD NO CHIME SOUND .... WICH IS STILL LOUD ENOUGH , FOR A 3000 SQFT HOUSE TO BE HEARD.... ITS NICE TO HAVE THE CHOUCE AND OPTION ... YOU CAN ALSO USE THE REMOTE TO HOT THE ALARM BUTTONNAS A PANIC BUTTON FOR SAFTEY OR TO ALERY SOMEONE THERE IS TROUBLE !!!

Perfect!! These are exactly what I needed when moving into a new area I am not familiar with. They are priced right and definitely work! I accidentally bumped the door not too hard and one went off which made me feel safe knowing it worked. They are definitely loud enough to hear going off in the basement while I am on the second floor back bedroom (just a test)The chime option would be great for people that have children who you don’t want to “escape” into the yard without you noticing.

Easy to install and louder than expected, these alarms are great for the price. I used them for extra security on an overseas rental, and they worked perfectly. They also double as a door chime, which is handy for keeping tabs on kids or pets. While excellent for quick or temporary needs, I wouldn't recommend them for long-term security.

I tried out a few different options for a DIY home alarm system and these were the ones that absolutely fit the bill. I started out with a pair of them to test out and ended up buying 3 more sets. Why?1) Extremely easy to set up. There is a little give in the space needed between the magnets and the actual alarm, so if your windows/ doors and frames aren't flush, no problem 2) Range! I can arm and disarm the units in my basement from my second floor. I was very surprised and happy about this! 3) Compatibility of components- I had to watch a Youtube video to learn how to do this, but it turns out, you can pair every single transmitter to work with ALL the alarms, and ALL transmitters can be paired to activate every single alarm. 4) Abundance of key fob transmitters. Every alarm comes with a transmitter so everyone in the family can have one that works the same as the next 5) Panic button: because I can activate the alarms from such a long distance, I use one of the transmitters as a panic button in my bedroom. If I hit the "lightning bolt" button, I can get ALL the alarms in the entire house to go off together. If that doesn't scare the $%#t out of an intruder, then nothing will. 6) Doorbell function: you can set the alarms to give off a double ring, just to alert you when someone opens a door or window. It's pretty loud, but would be good if you're outside or in the basement and want an alert of this kind. 7) Cost: I paid a lot more more for a lot less when I first started testing out different components for my home security. I returned the others after I saw what this system could do. 8) Power: I like that they run on batteries, so if power gets cut, they will still work.Cons? No internet alerts when your system gets set off. This is a real time, intruder focused system, not a monitoring system (so no monthly fees- another pro). To address this, I also bought a couple of Reolink security cameras to provide eyes into my home. They alert me if motion is detected inside the house. Because it has 2-way audio, I should be hearing a hell of a racket if someone actually gets in. Anyway, I am very happy with the synergy between these two systems.

Small magnetic senor has 2 small screw holes for mounting or use double-sided tape, the larger Alarm sensor has no screw holes for mounting and need to use Double Sided Tape (included). Does not include AAA batteries as each requires 2 or total of 4 batteries. The Remote must have a watch/calculator battery inside as I did not need to insert/install any battery. The Siren alarm is very loud and continuous as the Door Chime is half as loud and sounds like the small ringing/chime you get when entering a Small store.Read that these Door Alarms will drain the AAA batteries in less than 2 weeks. The Remote control has 4 functions as in Lock, Unlock, Siren, and Bell. On "Lock"/Off "Unlock".Need to place the Remote Control unit in a safe and inconspicuous place. The Remotes are not Labeled so you may want to.Currently using the Door Chime setting because the Siren can wake up everyone in the household or if you reside in an Apartment complex will annoy your neighbors. If alarm is triggered in an apartment and no one home able to turned it off, nice way make your neighbor angry and want to bust your door down. Only have used it for 1 day, and No False Alarms - going off by itself. Will need to keep tabs because said it may drain the AAA batteries rather quickly.A set for $26 is cheap. Hopefully they will work for a couple years or more. Otherwise, may need to spend a few Hundred Dollars and pay out for a Security System with alert notification like ADT. All depends on your needs and valuables trying to prevent theft.

This product is great. I had these before to alarm my doors because my husband had dementia and he would wander. These alarms are easy to install
