Not Bitter, Actually Sweet!
This was recommended to me by a chiropractor whom I met. He said it wasn't bitter, but was actually sweet, and he was right. I've been using it ever since. It's been a year! I love it! This is the best stevia product of its kind!

Only use Stevia products, this will certainly last a long time.
Perfect for coffee. As a Type 2 this is exactly what I was looking for. I also have the Stevita hot cocoa which I love.

The Best Sugarless Sweetener
My friend introduced me to Stevits whe she came back from Brazil many years ago. I have been a loyal user since then. It dissolves easily in whatever you use it in. I take the liquid drops with out and about. I keep the dry Stevita at home. It does not take a lot to give you guilt-free sweetness! I recommend you give this a try! You won't be disappointed.

Eureka - the perfect sweetener!!!
I have tried all the sweeteners and found them all wanting except for two - natural cane sugar (preferably semi-processed in the brown-white cubes from France) and Stevita Spoonable Stevia.Stevita is a tad less satisfying in tea or coffee than the above-mentioned sugar cubes but it more than makes up for it with zero calories and for those of you with a pre-diabetes or full-blown diabetes the Stevia in Stevita does not cause insulin problems unlike many other sweeteners, in fact, it may actually HELP in correcting insulin imbalances! (Please do not read this to mean that this means that Stevia cures or even significantly mitigates the symptoms of pre-diabetes and full diabetes by itself. But it does mean that, along with a doctors' care and appropriate diet and exercise, it could and probably will help with these conditions. Certainly it will reduce your calorie or artifical substance intake.)I find Stevita to be best used in *small* amounts when sweetening tea or coffee (it is VERY sweet.) As to using it in baking and cooking, I do not have a lot of experience with this but I can state that in the making of homemade tomato sauce I find it to be as good or better than using honey (for example) to cut the tendency for these sauces and gravies to become acidic or salty. Again, err on the side of caution by not using a portion equivalent in size and sweetness to honey or sugar - use less (you can always sprinkle in a bit more at the end of your sauce/gravy preparation!)Five stars for Stevita and I would give it more if I could!!!P.S. CAVEAT: Again I emphasize that I am not posing Stevia or Stevita as a cure or even a partial cure for those people with diabetic or pre-diabetic conditions. But it definitely does not hurt you (unlike for example Splenda/Sucralose), and it may in fact help! And also again, those of you with these conditions need to follow your doctors' advice and exercise and observe caution in all areas of your food and drink intake. But at the very least - it will help in reducing your calorie count and keep you from ingesting aspartame, sucralose and other artificial and/or processed sugars!

Good Product
This is a great product, and I love that it is organic. It is also highly concentrated. It’s still a bit pricey for me though, so I only gave it four stars total.

Clinical studies Blood clotting risk
I thought this was the perfect sweetener for years. Put it in my coffee every morning for many years. Recent scientific studies fount Erythritol the main additive to this stevia product causes severe blood clotting, potential heart attacks, strokes, etc. I do not know about the accuracy of these studies, but several have found the same results. I tossed $200 dollars' worth in the trash after reading the third study about health risks.

The best
This is the best Stevia I've ever purchased. It doesn't have fillers like so many of them and the sweetness is as good as sugar. It takes very little to sweeten anything. Now that I'm used to it, I think it tastes better than sugar. Makes a wonderful tasting glass of sweet tea and works great on oatmeal. Have purchased before and will again.
