The worst 4ne i have ever seen. Single SIM card, battery very weak & you can't return it back. it shows while buying that you can return it but when you try, the continue option is inactive. 🙆🙆🙆🙅🙅

No user manual included, S-pen not working, Pin to release sim card holder missing

Very bad material and the screen replacement is very bad it's already have a light problems and touch problems and the pin is not compatible with the phone very bad experience

i got a B grade right, that means it has some scratches or dents, but boy way i surprised -no scratches on screen -it's still waterproof (but good battery, if they took it apart they did a damn good job) -it has one tiny dent in a corner that i covered by a case anyway it really is a very good condition phone, and for cheaper than the other Note20s on amazon and to cap it all off when i had a common samsung glitch (not their fault) they gave me a little money back for my troubles. these are great people, great repairmen and great customer support

Quick delievey but items is not as expected. The mark very noticeble at the back. And the S phen is not orginal. I know it is not new phone but at least the S pen should be replaced with a official Samsung one. With £369, you can get a lot better one in any second hand phone shop. I wanted to return but won't be bother paying postage, waiting for refund and wasting money in a lot accessories I already bought for this phone. But I won't buy used phone in Amazon again.

This phone is amazing. Totally ahead of its time. Serves me well for everything I do, trading, studies, work, business, signing contracts, teams, word, note.....etc, basically everything. Excellent buy, very much worth it.
