I really like this product, and I really appreciate the seller- so it was a win win situation for me.You get cover, battery, USB and tempered glass screen protector. Basically- all you need for your phone in my product.The cover is great, saved me cover cost and screen protector is a must and who doesn’t need an extra charger- so even just these are great. But the charging is a savior! It small, light and sturdy so get it get into my purse easily, so I can charge my phone whenever I need to. No more dead phone here 🤳Another cool thing is that you can charge another phone at the same time. I haven’t tried it yet- but still, awesome feature.You have to fully charge the battery before using and make sure the lights in the back are on; otherwise it won’t work.It didn’t work for me in the beginning, but the seller was very communicative and patiently help me to figure it out.

The original battery on my iPhone is old and dying. I can barely get a couple hours out of it, so I bought this as a way to try to extend my usage time between charges. Initially it worked great. The capacity is impressive and I was able to go all day on a full backup charge without needing to plug in. The problem seems to be compatibility and the connector pins. The first thing I started to notice is that I couldn't connect to things using the ports on the battery pack. I could charge the battery, but I couldn't access the data or music on my phone using the ports on the battery pack.....which is a problem because the phone isn't easy to remove from the battery pack case.The second problem that I started to notice was that the pins that charge the phone from the battery pack to the case that the phone sits in started to get flaky. I would turn the battery pack on and nothing would happen. It's gotten to the point now (after only a few months) that I have to fight with the thing (wiggle the battery pack around) until the pins make enough contact so that the phone starts charging.....and frequently....it will just stop charging a few minutes later. I have been told that Apple will replace your original battery in your iPhone for about $30. I probably should have just gone that route to begin with. Oh well.

I loved the case and protective plastic cover. Very easy to put both on and easy to slip back cover off. I saw on the video a 12 hour battery charge is suggested. You need to put that in the written instructions. The battery is too heavy to leave on the phone all the time but I leave it in my purse for easy access. I'm very happy with my Bestrix charger and think it's a great product! Great price too. I did have one strange issue. I hooked my phone up to the computer to transfer my camera roll onto the computer and my computer did not recognize the phone. When I took the Bestrix cover off and hooked onto the phone that way it recognized my phone. Go figure! Just thought I'd share.

I have had this for 5 months. At first it was fine but, little by little, the backup battery would only charge the phone if you had it set flat on a table and didn't touch it. Keep in mind also that the battery has to be charged separately from the phone so this is a 2-part process that takes time. Also, after a few months, my charging cord didn't charge to the phone with the case on. It all turned into a waste of money and time. I'm online now looking for a better style with a non-removable backup battery and a single charging process for both..

When I don't need to charge, the battery fits well in my purse and is easy to find.When I need a charge I just pull it out and charge it keeps my phone charged for 2 days.. (I don't use my phone much and I always keep it on battery saving mode)Don't over charge it will heat up.12/18 I have to keep checking to see if it is charging my phone if it is not I have to remove the external battery and put it back on.This started to occur last week, but I was to lazy to write the updated review.

This product is a must buy for sure.I bought it with low expectations, but for the past 3-4 months I have had no problems with it at all. The phone will charge and stop as sufficient, and that is the real magic that makes this case different than the others, the fact that no other battery is removable (leaving you still with a case that’s attachable to the battery) and the fact that it stops and starts on it’s own. No more having to worry about overcharging your phone at night (as long as you plug your charger into the iPhone charging port on the battery case and not the phone). There are a lot of things I could say, but I’ll let you find out for yourself. Great job Bestrix!!!

Immediately after purchase, the seller sent an automated email blaming delivery workers for defects in the case. Unsurprisingly, upon arrival, the lightning port on the bottom of the case was loose and wouldnt charge my phone, thus making the battery case useless. I contacted the seller about the defect and they sent another email that I assume was automated because they did not address anything that I said in my previous email and talked about using multiple cables to charge the battery of the case, which was not related to my problem at all. I sent a followup email describing my problem further, but I dont think it will get a response. This could be a good product if it arrives to you intact and working; however, if something goes wrong, you are on your own.

The charger portion of this set is excellent. It gives my iPhone close to three full charges before needing its own recharge. Plus the size and weight are great. However, the case portion needs work. Headphones will NOT work with the case on. The surface of the case is far too slippery to hold comfortably. And the case doesn’t have a lip to it to protect the face of the phone when dropped. I’ve cracked two of the protective glass shields so far.
