Product work perfectly well! It has the expected length, in fact it exceeds my expectations. I was able to remove the spider webs that were on the highest part of the ceiling, the pieces hold very well firmly so they don't come loose. It is light in weight so it is very easy to maneuver. I recommend it! Also an affordable price.

I have high butchered brings in my home. The product technically got the job done. But the poles when attached to 20’ are very wobbly. It’s hit and miss at the targets and you have to keep going over the same spot several times. I then moved portions of the pole to clean a hanging ceiling fan, same wobbles and unsteadiness. All in all it got the job done.

Love this to clean my open foyer. I gave it 4/5 because I wish the poles were a little sturdier when you use all of them but I was able to clean my chandelier hanging in the foyer, the window sill, the walls, everything without a ladder. I use it in other areas of my home as well and just take out the extra poles. I vacuum off the duster after using it. Definitely worth it to clean unreachable cobwebs. I also dust my walls and wash them and can finally do my open foyer now!!

We have 18 & 20 ft ceilings and I needed to be able to reach a few little spider webs I could see and a little dust from the air vent. This worked perfectly. It is a very long pile and feels a little weird when I reach the highest points but it did the job and I was happy to be able to clean the areas I haven’t been able to reach.

This is long enough to reach vaulted ceilings. Since it’s very long, it is not that sturdy. Which is not a problem. Just know that it does wobble at the top of the pole. It got the job done. The rounded attachment is made of hard bristles. It cleans off cob webs. I thought it would be softer. Like the duster.

The name of the item is very specific 20 fT REACH, the pole itself is NOT 20ft. Just in case anyone reads it incorrectly like I did. It’ll still do the job but it is a bit flimsy.

I was skeptical when I bought this. But it worked beyond my expectations. It reached my 2 story ceiling, a little tedious to setup to be honest but once you’re done it works like a charm. Easy to clean with the foldable duster and the size when storing it fits on a small box and light to carry.

Scam product. Dont go by the reviews. They just provide 2 sticks each of 7 feet and there are no connecting rods with threads. Instead of this you could other products of 2 quantity for a total of 700 bucks....totally misleading product information.
