This is a great product especially for those that work blue collar jobs causing large areas of soreness. Actually got this for my husband for Fathers Day since hes a trucker and his back gets crampy from sitting for long periods of time. He didnt take it with him on his next trip so I figured what the heck, let me give it a shot!Obviously it can be used on other areas of the body besides the back. I have hip and leg pain, so I wrapped it around my upper thighs before bed and it worked so well that I was able to sleep much better that night without so much tossing and turning. I really like that it has a timer so if you fall asleep with it on, you dont have to worry about waking up with burns. The material is so soft, like one of those really snuggly throw blankets.Even though I love it and find it super effective, there are a couple things to be aware of. First, it does take a little bit to fully warm up. Like up to 10 mins depending on the setting. The way I handle this is I plug it in and set it to the heat I want before I am ready to put in on and relax. Like if I'm getting ready for bed or to sit down and watch TV, I turn it on before doing my nightly routine and then it's ready to go when I'm done. Also the parts that cover the neck and front of the chest and the front upper shoulders, does not heat up. This was a bit of a bummer cuz neck, chest, and shoulder pain is a big issue for me as well so this didnt really do anything for that. Overall, awesome product and definitely a huge step up from the old school heating pads we used to use!

I am on my second one of these! I burnt the first one out but… I had it over a year and use it every single night! Often I will wake up when it cuts off and cut it back on. When I say it’s the best I mean it. I stay cold! I mean cold cold majority of the time and it gets really warm and the weighted part of it makes it even better. I have tried over 50 (not exaggerating) different ones and as long as they sell this I will not buy another!

Really enjoy the product. Heats the area well can be used for other parts of the body. The only downside is that it’s not wireless and the cord isn’t that long. But I knew that going into it. The timer and heat settings are a plus. Do enjoy the product a lot

This is a wonderful heating pad for people like me who have neck and back pain due to injury. I call it my “hug”, because that’s what it feels like, a warm just tight enough hug. I love that it has four timer settings though I always go for the two hour maximum before auto shut off. I love that it has multiple heat settings, such a blessing when compared to just one on other heating pads! I love this product so much that I just bought a second one, so if one is washing, I can still feel hugged! I may buy a third so I can be hugged in the front, and be nice and toasty on cold mornings. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish the neck fasteners had one more set to work better and fit more snuggly on fat necks like mine! 😂 But other than that, it’s perfect! Oh, I forgot to mention that the cord length is good also, and the controller is very easy to hold and work! So happy and thankful I found this product!

Love this. Use every day for back and shoulders. My other one I had for years and I guess it just got old and not work anymore. So I ordered another one.

This is the best heating pad ever! I have had quite a few heating pads and this is by far my favorite. I love that it has some weight to it, almost like a weighted blanket. It buttons so it can stay on your shoulders if you have neck pain. It also ties around your waste so you can keep it on your back. This is helpful if you need to use while you are working at your computer. It is also very soft and comfortable. You can use it while sitting or laying down, very versatile. The only thing I wish I could change is the fact it only stays on for 2 hours but I think this is the new norm with heating pads.

This is probably one of the best heating pads I’ve ever had. The fact that I can sit back and relax with heat from my shoulders to my upper buttocks is amazing it easily stays in place with the neck closure and the belt tie wish I would’ve seen this years ago.
