A light, sturdy alternative to a hard case
I am using this bag with a Martin 00-15. It is a great alternative to a case. Significantly lighter, good instrument support and padding, ease to carry, perfect size for an acoustic guitar. Plenty of storage for picks and such. I will likely use this to transport my Martin to gigs from now on.

Lightest Weight with the Best Cushion! SIX STARS
Lightest Weight with the Best Cushion! SIX STARS. I have a very delicate, light weight, Hollowbody PRS. It does have a bit of arch, front and back, I was very careful about using any bag but something that can hold it very firm and safe..The hard case is a bit too much for carrying back and forth three times a week. I decided to give the Mono-80 Sleeve a try, I was delighted to see how well it fit like a glove and it seems very safe. There is an abundance of very thick foam cushion surrounds the guitar. The neck-rest is brilliant. Inside and outside material is very durable quality as it shows. Grips, handles, straps and zippers are too look very solid quality, no doubt.. The quality and the amount of cushion is intense, Nothing is compromised it seems.. However, there may be 3-4 inches of extra head-room above the headstock inside, which is not a deal-breaker. I have read many harsh comments against this bag, may be it's not for you or not compatible with what you are looking for. It all depends on the type/style of guitar you have. But I see this as an absolutely fantastic gig bag for the money. Thank you!!!

Great Bag! Five stars
This bag is great! It's light and very protective. I had some doubts about using it with my Gibson Les Paul, but it worked great. At the beginning it was a bit tight, but from the second time I used it with the les paul, it fitted like a glove. It is water resistant, so you don't need to worry if you have rehearsal or gigs on a rainy day. The buckle system is pretty nice to see. It's also safe, because once you open the buckle, there is a zip which prevent stuffs to get lost accidentally. Overall, this is a very good case. Very well made. You can feel the quality. It is a little bit pricey, it's true, but the quality totally reflect the price. If you want nice looking, protective, reliable, durable, water resistant gig bag, go for it! You won't be deluded.

Sturdy, lightweight soft case of good quality.
Pros: light, thin, fits a 6 string, quality material and construction, large pocket, doesn't ride too high, easy to take out and slide in, neck support Cons: not much padding on the shoulder straps, detunes the bass Overall I like this soft case; improvement over the much heavier Gator bag I was using to haul my bass into work for lunchtime rehearsals once a week. That case was putting some strain my neck; another perk of getting older. This Mono bag fits a Warwick Corvette 6 (standard scale, but a fairly large body; it's snug, especially with the leather strap, but there is a little excess room for a longer scale. The padding on the straps isn't really sufficient for hauling a bass that heavy any kind of distance though; more appropriate for a lighter instrument, at least for me. I did learn that if I tighten up the chest strap I could position some of the weight on my lower back, which helps. If the shoulder strap padding was a little thicker I would give it five stars, but then it would be a little heavier and a little thicker.

A Luxury Backpack Softcase Ideal for Fender AND Gibson...Yes, Gibson too.
I love this bag! I'm in a gigging band in NYC, and I needed a backpack guitar case so I could carry my pedalboard. This is a perfect alternative for my hard shell case. It's Incredibly strong with a reinforced neck support, insanely protective padding, plenty of pocket space & comfortable cushion straps. I was worried my Gibson SG wouldn't fit because the shape of the neck is different than a Fender straight neck. The bag felt really snug at first so I talked to customer service at Mono because I didn't want to damage my axe. They assured me that they always consider Gibson's when designing their cases. In a few weeks, the inside of the bag actually molded to my guitar and it fits like a glove. I've seen reviews that say don't use soft cases with Gibson's, but if you have any doubts contact MONO yourself and they'll tell you that these are great for all Gibson models (maybe minus the Flying V). Highly recommended from a 20+ year guitarist with high standards.

if it were a woman it would be Cindy Crawford
This is more of a gig bag than a case. That being said it provides more protection for my 77 jazz bass than any other bag I've owned. Top load is great for removing guitar say in the practice room where there's not a lot of room. Good padding and I like the neck cradle. Yes as other reviewers say I wish the pocket was bigger but I can squeeze a 2 1/2 inch binder in there. Takes a little work but it will fit. The clasp is a little weird but it works and you can open it with one hand. Case will stand against the wall alone when empty. Some reviewers said they have to retune after removing the bass from the sleeve. I don't see that as a problem. Who doesn't tune up when setting up. Its not like you're an octive off. Love the ring so you can hang the case on a hook when empty. Mine hangs on the back of a closet door out of the way when not in use. Is it perfect.....no....but as close as I've come to perfect for me in a gig bag...and you can't please everyone. One other thing...It looks great, top shelf, high class. Gave it 5 stars.

Great for precision bass, too large for Fender Mustang bass
This is an amazing case for the most part. It would be perfect size for a Fender Precision bass or the like. A Fender Mustang bass is a bit too small. There is a built-in cushion insert for the neck that is placed almost exactly where the head is on the Mustang. This case fits very snug, which is why the head being in the same place as the neck makes it difficult to zip shut at times. I have to place the guitar a bit high, so the bottom of the guitar is not touching the bottom of the case. The only other issue is the metal clip/nylon strap connection for the compartment on the side of the case. It seems that they wanted so bad to make it look like a seatbelt in a car that they sacrificed utility. The metal clip gets stuck on the nylon strap because it has a pointy/jagged end that sticks on the nylon strap.
