What is the difference in these and the 529-16 they seem to fit the same guides but are twice the price

The 529-16 seal has a bigger body OD than the 518-16 seal. These are used for single and dual spring applications, the 518-16 seal is used for triple spring applications and has a smaller body (.575" OD).

Do I need intake or exhaust seals or will this set work for both chevy 350

The 518-16 is designed for 11/32" valve stems and cylinder heads with a 0.530" outside diameter valve guide. If your SBC fits these specs, then you're good. Keep in mind that the outer diameter of this seal is 0.575", so make sure this clears the inside diameter of your valve springs.

Will 518-16 valve seals fit ford 5.0 engine

After installing they Lasted for about a Month, replaced them with Felpro valve seals

Will these fit work with factory valves in tbi heads or not?

You will need to machine the top of the cylinder head valve guide with a special .530 diameter cutter to fit these type seals over the valve guide boss. These are an upgrade over the stock o-ring type valve seals and are used in high performance applications and work very well when installed correctly, usually installed when your heads are being reworked or rebuilt you can request to have these very good quality type seals installed by your local engine machine shop. Designed for 11/32" diameter valve stems. Hope this helps!
